    I've combined all iOS 14 leaks from sources like 9to5Mac, Macrumors, The Verifier and more so we get a good overview of all upcoming software features. I think everyone knows 9to5Mac and MacRumors but the Verifier probably not, it's an Israeli tech blog, has accurately reported certain details about Apple software and hardware in the past, like group FaceTime and Multi user support for the Apple TV. Please let me know if I forgot something!

    iOS & iPadOS Notes

    • New features to the Notes app which will allow students to perform calculations, draw and more (The Verifier)

    HomeKit

    • Night Shift for lights: the ability to automatically adjust light color temperature throughout the day. (9to5Mac)
    • HomeKit Secure Video will detect specific people in your family. (9to5Mac)

    Messages

    • New Slack-like mention system that would allow users to tag other contacts with their name like @Joe or @Jane. (MacRumors)
    • The ability to retract iMessages after sending them.
    • The ability to mark the last message of a conversation as unread after opening it. (MacRumors)
    • An expansion of the "/me" command for sharing status updates, a feature that has been available on the Mac since the iChat days. (MacRumors)
    • Typing indicators in group chats. (MacRumors)

    Apple Maps

    • Apple Maps will show more information about Apple Stores, including hardware repair availability, availability of Genius Bar services and if it's possible to trade-in a device for credit. (9to5Mac)
    • Apple Maps will show highlight places that have seating for couples, discount for children, and private rooms. Movie theatres with IMAX sessions will also be featured in the Maps app

    TV app

    Photo's

    • Apple will integrate #shotoniphone challenges in the Photos app and users can submit and see challenge results in the app. (9to5Mac)

    Find My

    • A new option to receive an alert when someone doesn't arrive/leave (at) a specific location at a scheduled time of day. This new option is also available to alert contacts based on their own location.(9to5Mac)
    • Users will be able to locate devices visually using augmented reality for more precise directions from close locations, including the upcoming Apple AirTag device trackers. (9to5Mac)

    Calculator & Weather

    Homescreen

    • A new page that allows users to see all of their application icons in a list view with multiple sorting options and suggestions. (9to5Mac)

    • Gestures will receive some small changes. (The Verifier)
    • Statusbar will be redesigned with new icons. (The Verifier)

    Keychain Password Manager

    • Users will be warned about reused passwords. (9to5Mac)
    • New method to save two-factor authentication passwords. That means you'll be able to log in on compatible sites using only the iCloud Keychain, without SMS, email or other less secure methods. (9to5Mac)

    Accessibility Capabilities

    • iOS can detect important sounds like fire alarms, sirens, door knocks, doorbells, and even crying babies. Presumably, iOS will translate these alerts into haptics for people who have hearing loss. (9to5Mac)
    • Detect hand gestures while "Audio Accommodations can improve audio tuning over AirPods or EarPods for people with mild to moderate hearing loss". (9to5Mac)
    • The ability to run an audiogram on-device to help the users tune the audio. (9to5Mac)

    • The ability to stream Spotify Music directly on the HomePod so you can ask Siri to play music from Spotify. (Bloomberg)
    • A new PencilKit feature that will allow you to handwrite text in any text input field using Apple Pencil, with the handwritten content then converted into standard text before it's sent. (MacRumors)

    Hardware

    watchOS

    • The ability for a parent to set up and manage an Apple Watch for a child with a single iPhone (9to5Mac)
    • Activity rings for children will change: Apple Watch will instead replace the active calories metric for the move ring with a move time, there will also be better suited rewards for children. (9to5Mac)

    • The ability to share your watch face via the share sheet on iOS. (9to5Mac)
    • SchoolTime will allow parents to manage which apps and complications can be used during certain hours like class time. (9to5Mac)
    • Sleep Tracking lets users set a personalized sleep goal in the Health app on the iPhone. The Health app will also include recommendations for improving sleep duration and quality. (9to5Mac)
    • Control Center on Apple Watch (and possibly iPhone) is also expected to include new toggles for Sleep mode as well as Noise detection. (9to5Mac)
    • watchOS 7 will change the architecture for Apple Watch apps so apps will no longer be based on extensions. (9to5Mac)
    • An upgraded ECG app to fix inconclusive ECG readings with heart rates between 100 and 120 beats per minute. (9to5Mac)

    Watch Faces

    Hardware

    • Adding touchID to Apple Watch Series 7
    • Series 2 won't get watchOS 7.

    tvOS

    Hardware

    • Apple will update the storage configuration options for the Apple TV. Currently, the Apple TV is available in 32GB and 64GB options, but today's report says that will change to 64GB and 128GB. (The Verifier)
