I tried again to make a video where I audibly said something and get nothing came out. This also applies to Snapchat and Houseparty, and when I try to record a voice memo the record button doesn't even do anything. It is the latest update and I have reset all my settings, and I have cleaned my microphone. It's an Iphone 7 btw. Help please? [link] [comments]  |
| iPhone home button not clicking Posted: 03 Dec 2019 09:34 PM PST Alright so basically yesterday morning a friend bumped into me and knocked my iPhone 8 Plus out of my hand that then hit the floor. There was no cracks are anything but ever since the home button feels as if it's almost stuck but still works as well as finger print. I thought it may just be stuck but something that has happened about three times no is the button will go back to feeling like normal and then if I press it a few times I will feel a buzz and it almost seems to lock up again or if it's normal and I'm not on the phone for say 30 seconds and pick it up it will be stuck again. The vibration is also gone while it is stuck in but when it weirdly goes back to normal the vibration works again . I really would like to find out what is happening so if anybody works at an apple store or something to that extend or this has happened to you and can give me your insight on what is happening or what I can do it will be greatly appreciated. I've tried looking this up and all I can find are article the sync issues people experienced when updating to iOS 13, but nothing on what I've been experiencing. Since iOS 13, my reminders just straight up do not go off. Specifically, a daily reminder. I'll reset it, mess with the time and dates, delete and create a new. Nothing makes it go off daily. | Posted: 03 Dec 2019 07:15 PM PST i have a credit card linked & it's even updated.. my phone won't download any app & will let me put my fingerprint in to "purchase" and will show me the little "processing" thing, but then it'll stop and say "payment not completed"... this hasn't happened to me before, i have an iphone 8 plus and just updated to ios 13.2.3... anyone else having the same issue or know what this could be from ? Received the phone this morning and the usb-c to lightning cable is missing. Apple said they can't help and Three said they'll get back to me in 48hrs. I still have my old charger so it's not the end of the world. I've never had any Apple accessory missing in the past. Has this happened to anyone else? If so did you get a replacement. | Posted: 03 Dec 2019 02:44 PM PST I have a iPhone 7+. I've had it since 2017, and I like it a lot. However, I noticed some weird things going on with it. First the camera stopped working, then the flashlight wanted to work when it wanted to, the battery health started to quickly fall (it was at 84%) and now more recently, my mic stopped working. By mic I mean I have to use my AirPods or other headphones to make calls and taking videos using my front facing camera isn't doable anymore. Should I just get a new phone or take it to the Apple store? Edit: I forgot to mention that when I first turn on my phone after a reboot, the wifi button is grayed out for around 15 minutes. During those 15 minutes I can't connect to wifi at all. [link] [comments]  |

| iOS 13 WiFI and Bluetooth Problem Posted: 03 Dec 2019 06:59 AM PST Hello everyone, As the title implies, I am having issues with WiFi and Bluetooth connections on my iphone 8. A few weeks after upgrading to iOS 13.2.2, my iphone suddenly disconnected from my home's WiFi Network. After what, it couldn't connect to any single 2.4G network, either at home or anywhere else, with every attempt ending with an "unable to join network" or "incorrect password" even though the password was typed correctly. A few days into this problem, Bluetooth started to fail too, to the point where I can no longer connect to anything. I've tryied everything. Forgetting networks, messing with location devices, resetting network settings, resetting all settings, hard reset the phone, completly restore the phone. With the router I also tried everything. Factory reset, removing the password, and nothing fixes the problem. Sometimes I can connect for a few minutes, but at any moment it just fails again. Upgrading to 12.2.3 solved nothing. I upgraded to the beta 13.3 and it did fix bluetooth, but WiFi was still useless. Anyone alse having an issue like this? Anyone with ideas on how to fix it? [link] [comments]  |

| Posted: 03 Dec 2019 02:45 AM PST So I decided to do a factory reset today connected to iTunes on my laptop. This was because my sad storage capacity of 16gb was used almost entirely by system data and updates. So I reset it and then restored a backup. It all set up fine, until the apps started downloading. They all downloaded up until the 7o'clock position and just stopped showing the download thing. I restarted the phone a few times, same issue. I deleted all the apps in hopes of just downloading them individually. I screenshotted 3 images of all my apps so I remembered all of them. Screenshots didn't save. I go to the app store, App Store refreshes every 2 seconds. Doesn't work at all. I decide to factory reset the phone again in settings this time- because the phone didn't show up on iTunes on the laptop. Didn't even let me factory reset.
