As of a recent update, it would play the screensaver when I was at the main menu and a video was not playing. They have now fixed it so that the screensaver will play when you have a video paused. We have a shared photo album that fuels screensaver we use on our Apple TV 4K. We've set the screensaver to that album and it works beautifully. Until it doesn't. Every week or so, the screensaver reverts back to Aerial. When I go back into the settings and select the shared album, it goes back to working again. Until it goes back to Aerial again. Nobody changes anything. It just does it spontaneously. Anybody have any idea what's going on or if there's anything I can do to fix this annoyance? [link] [comments]  | ||
| Lack of Audio is driving me nuts - Apple TV 4K & Denon AVR-S730H Posted: 01 Dec 2019 11:14 PM PST Only just recently the audio from my Apple TV 4K has been mind bogglingly not working some of the time and working other times. But it's consistent... Navigation sounds - no sound Purchased movies - sound Trailers App - no sound Netflix - it's a crap shoot. Some things have sound, some don't (for example, Great British Bake Off Holiday does not, while Black Mirror Does). Even while just surfing through the menu of Netflix some previews have sound while some do not. Here's the only seemingly consistent difference I can recognize between what does and what does not have audio: on my Denon receiver it switches between "Stereo" and "Multi In" dependent on what's playing at the moment. When it is receiving a "Stereo" input there is no audio, whereas "Multi In" has audio. This wasn't happening three days ago. What the hell is going on? [link] [comments]  | ||
