Posted: 24 Nov 2019 07:09 AM PST I've been playing a lot of different ones lately and was wondering what everyone else's favorites were. I've really been digging zooba, spell heroes, and brawl stars with the occasional CoD match or Mario kart. What does everyone else enjoy playing? [link] [comments]
What are your favorite Apple Arcade games? Posted: 24 Nov 2019 12:55 AM PST I am about to start a 1 month trial, and want to line up the greatest to decide if I want to continue it or not. [link] [comments]
Would anyone else appreciate gyro support for the Dualshock 4? Posted: 24 Nov 2019 01:46 AM PST PS4 controller support has been real great with iOS, but the gyroscope is a cool feature of the controller that I would really love to see in iOS. It would be most useful as a steering wheel in racing games, but it could be also used for fine-aiming in FPS's and other things. A question is how to approach this feature. The most logical way would be to add it gyro as a new MFi element, that would require support from game developers though, and could be pretty slow to adopt. A crude approach is to make gyro act as one of the thumbsticks, that requires little-to-no support from developers, but on the other hand it would require a controller configuration area in the Settings app (might as well let us change the lightbar color there but shhh). A kind of hybrid but also logical solution would be to accept gyro movements as device tilts, but this would also require a bit of dev support, because AFAIK most games ignore device tilts when a controller is in use. These are just ideas from the top of my head, I didn't really think about the details of it. Another thing is that Apple already supports controller gyro in games – on the Apple TV with its Siri Remote. Does anyone know how gyro works in that case? In Asphalt 8 for example? Cause I don't have an Apple TV and I'm really interested how that is done... I don't even know if the MFi protocol is used there or not...? I talked about this with an Apple employee from the MFi team a while ago (won't name any names but they lurk Reddit sometimes, this very subreddit actually). They said that they're 'interested' in it, and 'currently investigating'. What this really means in human language is that it's a low priority feature and it probably won't get added unless there's customer demand for it. Not to encourage raiding or anything but Apple would be likely to implement this only if they receive feedback about it. http://feedbackassistant.apple.com/ is the place for suggestions directly to Apple. So... I'd like to hear your opinions! Do you think this would be a useful feature? Would you like to have this in iOS? Minor edits because of phrasing [link] [comments]

Games very similar to Blood & Glory? Posted: 23 Nov 2019 03:12 PM PST Not sure why the game was removed, I've played the sequel but that one as well has been delisted. Anyone help me find a clone or a better version? [link] [comments]
Does anyone know a game that’s mostly about interior decorating? Posted: 23 Nov 2019 02:05 PM PST I don't mean like homescapes, but something where decorating a home is the main focus. I don't care if it's pay to play tbh, I just wanna play with some houses like I do in the Sims. I already have the Sims games btw, so please don't suggest that. Thank you! [link] [comments]
