[Bug] Ram management issues still present in iOS 13.2 Beta 4

I recently updated to the fourth beta of iOS 13.2 in my iPad Air 3 and the issues with apps being cleared from memory too quickly are still present. This is more notable in Safari. If I change apps and return to Safari, most of the time it will reload all tabs. It makes it really difficult to work on my iPad. Anyone else with this issue?

I've been having an issue with the home app not loading after navigating to the automations tab requiring me to delete and reinstall the app to get anything to load. I haven't seen anyone else post about it. iPhone 11 Pro Max 13.2 beta.

[Discussion] 2x photo quality

This is on the 13.2 beta, so deep fusion is at play, so hopefully this is just a bug. Traditionally in non optimal lighting the iPhone would switch to the standard lens, even when in 2x mode, if it feels like the standard sensor would create a better cropped image. This is due to the standard lens being a better sensor. It seems that in 13.2 beta (maybe in 13.1 as well) it doesn't hand over camera duties to the 1x as easily. In this case to the detriment of photo quality. I've added two examples. The first one is the standard 1x camera cropped in to be similar to the same shot as image 2, which was taken using the telephoto sensor. I think the dogs fur looks better in photo 1, but they were moving, so it's hard to judge fairly. Look at the carpet texture though. It's WAY better on the standard lens cropped down. I'd be eager to see if users on the normal release are seeing similar. My hope is deep fusion isn't fully functioning on the tele lens on the beta at this point and this will get cleaned up in the wide release. Are you guys noticing the phone hanging onto the telephoto lens longer as well? How is your quality vs a crop of the 1x? https://imgur.com/a/KWreEUr/
