Posted: 15 May 2019 03:49 AM PDT Hey, I'm about to buy the iPhone X by April. Anything I should know about before buying it? Or any other suggestions, like if I should by XR instead? [link] [comments] |
Posted: 15 May 2019 01:49 AM PDT Hey reddit. Just sharing this. I have no idea if this has already been posted and discussed to death. So the green line of death sucks. It went away before without me doing anything. But it's back and stayed. I have no warranty on my phone because it was a birthday gift given to me which was bought while on vacation abroad. And my job doesn't pay as much as I want it to ideally. This is what I did, a very cheap fix: https://imgur.com/a/EJjWVJ1 I know this isn't pretty. But it works in an out-of-sight, out-of-mind way. Materials needed: double-sided tape, scissors/knife, ruler, a long strip of plastic (mine I scavenged from a black plastic folder). The measurements for the plastic strip I used were about 3mm wide, and approximately 128mm long. Place tape, and apply to phone. [link] [comments] |
Is anyone else’s iPhone shutting off randomly Posted: 14 May 2019 10:57 PM PDT So I laid my phone down and picked it back up and it was off. I didn't turn it off. I did a soft reset back on. Ok what just happened and is it due to beta software? [link] [comments] |
Posted: 14 May 2019 08:44 PM PDT I'm into the minimal case and I know protection from them isn't the best. I'm wondering if anyone had one and accidentally dropped the phone with it on and how good of bad it did [link] [comments] |

This wireless charging pad fast charges your iPhone at the max 7.5 watts Posted: 14 May 2019 10:02 PM PDT If anyone is looking for a wireless charger that inexpensive at around $30 Canadian and can fast charge your iPhone this is a good option. It was sent out to me by an amazon tech company for review and it's been great. [link] [comments] |
