I have a Macbook Pro '13 Retina from 2017, currently Mojave. I've tried this and it didn't work. Notes are the only program where this is happening and it's been like this for over two weeks. What's The Deal With The Retina Screen? Posted: 13 May 2019 09:00 AM PDT Honestly, what's the big deal? Right now I'm using a chromebook 14" from HP and I'm fine, but I hear that the 2017 macbook air doesn't have retina, and I should skip it. Is it THAT big of a deal to jump up to retina? Worth the extra money? I'm sure it's an easy "yes", but is it? I guess I'm skeptical, or trying to be too frugal, but what's the deal?
