| iPhone 13 Pro Max PUBG New State FPS/Power Performance Test Posted: 13 Nov 2021 11:03 PM PST Since this was requested I figured I'd share my results here on Reddit. I know there is a lot of controversy with this game and it's current launch state/bugs. However, I decided to do a full FPS, GPU, Power, and Temp performance test with the iPhone 13 Pro Max and PUBG New State. So lets start with FPS performance, I played three games in a row and averaged 59 FPS in all three games that I played. This game runs very well with the iPhone 13 Pro Max and current 2021 flagship devices. I'm definitely curios to see how the iPhone will perform once the 90 FPS option is available - I'll have to retest once this option is available. Now for GPU, the iPhone 13 Pro Max used 40% of its GPU to maintain that 59 FPS average. This really shows the power of the A15 Bionic chip. Now for Power Consumption, I averaged 4 watts of power which is impressive. Again, this game isn't that demanding for the iPhone 13 Pro Max. Last but not least, for battery temperature, I averaged 33c while temps peaked up to 37c. This is quite high, however, I must note, I did play three games back to back. Hence, for those of you wanting to play for more 30 minutes, expect these types of temperatures. I definitely suggest picking up a cooler for long durations of gaming. With all of this being said, the iPhone 13 Pro Max runs this game with ease. I expected these results after playing the technical alpha and achieving similar results with the Pixel 6 Pro and S21 Ultra. Ill definitely have to retest once Extreme graphics and 90 FPS mode is unlocked. | Posted: 14 Nov 2021 12:07 PM PST Hi all, Just wanted to get some input to narrow my rpg search down - I've been downloading and uninstalling games to the point of diminishing returns lately. I recently played Genshin Impact which was incredible, and I'm hoping theres another game out thats similar to it. The graphics on games like Raid Shadow legends and Elder Scrolls Blades are good but the gameplay gets so repetitive. I tried Dragon Raja and a Marvel Avengers game but the gameplay almost seemed to fall flat. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks in advance. [link] [comments] |
