Braided Solo Loop not stretching Posted: 12 Nov 2021 10:48 AM PST Hey everyone, Has anybody with a recent purchase of a braided solo loop experienced any stretching? I measured right between a 5 and a 6 at the store, so I bought a 5 with the expectation of a little bit of stretch. However, a week in and it hasn't stretched at all. In addition to normal wear, I've also tried to stretch it around large water bottles. Still nothing. Have they changed the build quality of these bands? My ideal size is really like a 5.5 so if it would stretch a tiny bit it'd be perfect, but nothing is happening. [link] [comments]
I think Goal Completion Posts Should Include the Numbers that People Set Posted: 12 Nov 2021 07:51 AM PST Possibly unpopular opinion and might come across as gatekeeping, but I think people sharing consecutive days of goal completion is sorta pointless without the actual numbers. People should set goals that work for them but if you are setting something really low like 100 calories 5 minutes of exercise and stand for 1 hour, is 200 days in a row really impressive? I think if people posted what they set their goals too it could potentially foster interesting discussion regarding routines, stuff that worked for them etc. It would be easy to implement as well, you could simply just put it like this, c1200 e30 s8. I think it's pretty obvious but c would be calories burned moving, e is exercise or 30 minutes in the above example and s is the stand goal of 8. [link] [comments]

Posted: 12 Nov 2021 06:32 AM PST I wake up every morning at 5 am and, following my morning routine, I go for a walk and then to the gym. I do not use my phone until 9-10 am. I have an Oura ring, but would like to track my workouts more effectively, as well as listening to music without having to use my phone; that's why I was thinking of buying an Apple Watch. It has many features that interest me, but being a watch is not one of them (ironically). I love my watches and do not intend to replace them. It is a bit too big for it to be used as a bracelet on the other arm, and using it only for workouts seems a bit wasteful (?). Has anyone else been in a similar dilemma ? What did you do? What’s your thoughts or experience of doing the “double wrist” !! Posted: 12 Nov 2021 07:01 AM PST Article from Digitaltrends on wearing two watches at same time HERE. Have done this a few times myself but does feel a bit strange. [link] [comments]
Posted: 12 Nov 2021 08:46 AM PST I've had a Mophie 3-in-1 that I got from the Apple Store a couple of years ago which I've always loved. Except with the new, ever so slightly larger Apple Watch, it doesn't sit in the Watch section properly - it registers the charger, but must be misaligned just enough not to actually deliver a charge. I think its because there's a small lip at the front and it pushes the bigger watch 'up' a little. I've just looked at the 3-in-1 chargers Apple lists on their UK store now and they only have one from Mophie which has a different layout, and doesn't seem to have the lip anymore. Has anyone had this experienced this with the Series 7 and older charger stands? And if so, have you switched to a newer model to fix it? The updated Mophie is out of stock so I've ordered the Belkin Boost Up. (I've been using the standard charger in the meantime but I like having an all in one device on my desk rather than loose wires!) [link] [comments]
Analog face with Heart BPM showing ? Posted: 12 Nov 2021 12:24 PM PST Can someone recommend a analog watch face with the heart rate showing as a number not an app. [link] [comments]
Apple watch used to display and let me control anything I was playing on my phone... Posted: 12 Nov 2021 06:17 AM PST I got a new iPhone and now it displays two boxes and says watch not paying anything and then iPhone "whatever is playing" but I can't pause it or anything. For audible I downloaded the app to my watch and it's basically the same as it was. But other things like YouTube I can't figure it out.. Is there an option somewhere or did it change with the last os update? [link] [comments]
Apple Watch Series 6 (Ti) with A2515 Fast Charger and 20w usb-c brick Posted: 12 Nov 2021 08:16 AM PST Hi folks! So, as the title says... would an Apple Watch Series 6 (Ti) with A2515 Fast Charger and 20w usb-c brick charge faster than the old (series 0-6) cable and 5w brick? AND more importably, is it safe for the health of the battery? I imagine it may charge faster, but NOT as fast as a series 7 and I am ok with that ...but I may be wrong (it may not be any faster). The larger fear I have is that the new fast charge cable and 20w brick may not be healthy for the longevity of the device. I was able to snag a series 6 Ti watch for a 'too good to pass up' price and I jumped. Previous owner upgraded...and included the new fast charger because they didn't want to buy a new brick. New 45mm Midnight leather link, new (original) edition sport band, and over a year on the warranty to boot as well! Just want to baby this watch as much as possible and do not want to degrade the battery too much over time. Thanks for the insight! [link] [comments]

Setting voice memo as default way to reply to messages Posted: 12 Nov 2021 03:45 AM PST Hi! Since I updated iOS on my watch, the default way to reply to messages is to use Scribble. Maybe it works for some people, but sending a dictated message is really what I want as first and default choice. I could not find a setting about it. And even more surprising, not many are discussing about it in forum. Am I really the first to largely prefer dictate a reply than writing it down, letter by letter? [link] [comments] |
