    The Pacific is missing the intros with the real life people who the show is about.

    I bought this today and one of the thing i most enjoyed about this show was at the start of each episode the real life people who are portrayed in the show are missing along with real news clips that were aired during the war. Why is this? I feel like an integral heart to this show is missing and tbh feel like asking for a refund.

    Bluetooth headphones volume?

    I just got passable set of Bluetooth headphones from work and thought what a great option to watch tv late without keeping the wife up.

    Problem is I can't get the volume all the way down. Taking it to zero still plays sound louder than I would like. According to on screen volume display it should be silent. Anything higher than that and it starts to get crazy loud. I haven't dared go past 50%

    Appletv is on 15.1.

    AppleTV Turns It To 11!!

    And by 11 I mean full sound all by itself.

    I thought it would be nice to have the remote control both my TV and soundbar, so I decided to enable it yesterday. Well, it didn't like that apparently because all of the sudden both my TV volume (I watched the volume bar on the screen) and my soundbar went full to max volume, would not turn down and the only thing I could do was shut everything off, disable the volume/TV control on the remote (as soon as I turned it all back on, same thing, max volume) and reset (unplug and replug) everything. I am sure my neighbors loved me.

    Has this happened to anyone else? My ATV4K has the newest software update and my battery is full, if that matters any.

    Does anyone else have regular lockups in the AppleTV app since tvOS 15.x? (ATV 4K, 1st gen)

    Ever since my AppleTV 4K (first gen) updated to 15.0, and even after the 15.1 update, I have been experiencing extremely regular lockups in the AppleTV app.

    Specifically, when searching through my Library, I can scan/scroll through the list of films/TV shows - but after a bit, the interface will freeze and become completely unresponsive. This will last for between 1 minute and up to 2 1/2 minutes.

    I have a larger library (about 2200 titles), so I know that it takes a bit for the box and for iTunes to communicate regarding the list and the details. But previously, I could scan through the list with only minor slowdowns. Now, it just freezes up entirely.

    And this goes beyond just the Library list - on the Up Next page, just switching between items (Left/Right) can sometimes cause the same lockup. This seems to occur more when the items are from my library than when from other services (Amazon Prime, etc.). Also, just to mention this, my ATV is hard wired to my router (not using wireless).

    Has anyone else had this same issue? And if so, have you found any workarounds? Thanks.

    Tv remote cannot turn on Apple TV

    Hi, I've just got the Apple TV 4k gen 2 today. The thing is when I use my tv remote to turn on the TV the TV is on but not the Apple Tv. My Fire Stick never has such behavior. Been searching for solutions for a while but surprisingly no one ever mentioned about this. Can anyone tell me is that a feature??

    Well my Fire Stick gets power from regular outlet too so I don't think power source should be the problem. The problem was originally I'm using smart speaker to turn on the tv, but only the TV is on not the Apple TV. The TV can send signal to turn on my sound bar, Fire Stick, Chromecast, but not the Apple TV.

    And for my TV remote, it works fine with Apple TV on other functions (navigation buttons, back buttons etc) but not the power button

    I really want to know if my Apple TV is deflected or it's just Apple thing

    No audio output after 15.1 update

    Is anyone else having issues with no audio after the 15.1 update on AppleTV HD (1st gen). "apple support" told me I need to update my actual TV because it's not longer compatible. This seems completely ridiculous to me. Shouldn't apple put out an update to fix compatibility issues? I confirmed an older appleTV works on our main tv where we have the issue. I tried the AppleTV HD on a newer smaller tv in a different room and that one does get audio. But why would my main tv no longer be compatible? "apple support) suggested I update the software on my tv, but it's not a smart tv (sigh).
