    [Update] MKTBypass 1.1.2 - a jb detection bypass tweak for Mario Kart Tour

    I have just updated MKTBypass to version 1.1.2 to now support Mario Kart Tour version 2.8.0, which was a version of the game that was released last week. You can get the latest update of the tweak from my repo right now.

    As always, if anyone has any issues with this version, try reinstalling the game first. Make sure to remove the game from inclusion from any other JB detection bypass tweaks you may have installed (KernBypass, Shadow, Liberty Lite, etc.) as they may interfere with tweak injection into the app, which will prevent MKTBypass from working properly. If the game still appears to be crashing after that, please let me know below with your device model and iOS version and I will try to assist you. Thank you!

    [HELP] Ip4s cant watch ytb in safari

    I have a problem watching youtube on safari ip4s ios9. When watching a video in portrait screen I cannot watch the video, but when waching it in landscape screen, the video can continue to play normally. is there any tweak or patch that can watch the video without the apple video player full screen, something like to watch the video in pc because I use facebook lite, I want to open the ytb link to watch the video but don't want to open the app, quite laggy and time consuming https://youtu.be/LzgLaBZeAII Thanks for reading, it's so many words

    Hi I know this has probably been beaten to death (I mean c'mon, we're all on Reddit) but I was wondering if there were any jailbreak tweaks or ++ apps for bumble and tinder. The only one I found so far was LetMeSee for tinder, but I'd really like one that gets you unlimited swipes. I wouldn't consider myself to be a bad looking dude but come on, I must be against super models or something lol feel free to poke some fun as long as you contribute in a comment.

    Futurerestore is fixed for A13/14, but on the github page it says A13/14 is broken and thus removed. I didn't find any newer post saying that it is broken, so what's the actual state? Or am I going to the wrong github?

    Couldn't find it anywhere, futurerestore in FAQ doesn't seem to be updated

    Help find or a suggestion for a tweak.

    In photo's app, when playing a video, You can set your Video to lock which prevents you to swiping left or right to a different photo/Video

    For another request.. Disable "tap" on a Video player to show Video controls (Edit, Share, Love, Play/Pause, Mute/Unmute, Trash) But double tapping will show. (In photo's or even Youtube app)

    [Question] Any way to merge 2 different past iPhone backups into 'new' iPhone..?

    On a strange boat here where one had to abandon an old iPhone (6s on 13.2) due to a pretty nasty fall which required a change of display amongst others as well as time constraints, setup another iDevice that was handy at the time (iPhone6 on 12.4.5) as new - couldn't import the previous iPhone's backup in a straightforward way since it would error out / newer iOS backup into an older iOS installation - been using it as a daily driver for a few months now.

    Having recently acquired a similar to the first iPhone 6s on 13.2 I now need to find a way to import and merge both instances into the new device..

    Need to achieve this without using the iCloud backup in any way since there's not much space left in it to create backups etc due to the camera roll being uploaded so I'd hugely prefer a local way of going about it. All the devices are now fully accessible and functional.

    P.S. all 3 devices are in a jailbreakable state if need be.

    Any suggestions? Thanks!

    [Question] Apps won't download from App Store?

    My phone has been jail broken for a few months now and I haven't had any problems until about 2 days ago when I tried to download an app from the AppStore. When I hit download on the app I want it starts to download and then just stops and stays like that until I cancel the download. I tried lots of things and I'm starting to wonder if it could be from my jailbreak or Bc I'm still on iOS 14.1 ?

    [Tutorial] Updating an A12 device to 14.3 with futurerestore on Windows

    Hey all,

    Yesterday I managed to successfully update my iPhone XR to 14.3 on Windows, so I thought I'd share what worked for me, since others seemed interested.

    (Huge thanks to marijuanARM and Cryptiiiic for updating futurerestore and to Opa334 for his great work on the futurerestore static build & compiling script for windows, which made this possible.)

    Please note:

    • Only attempt to use futurerestore if you know what you're doing
    • I, nor any of the aforementioned devs, are responsible for what you do to your device(s)
    • I can only speak to the success of this on A12 devices, since I myself used an A12 device, but it \should* be the same* general process for other devices (<A12)
    • proceed at your own risk!

    Step 1

    • Gather all necessary files in a folder on the Desktop. Files you will need include: futurerestore[dot]exe, a valid 14.3 blob, the specific iOS 14.3 ipsw for your device model, and the specific iOS 14.4 ipsw for your device model
    • Then, using an archive viewer like winrar or 7-zip, you'll want to open the 14.4 ipsw and extract the BuildManifest, device-specific sep-firmware, and device-specific baseband files
    • NOTE 1: to find the SEP file:
    1. open the 14.4 ipsw, navigate to "Firmware" > "all_flash" (where you should see one or more "sep-firmware" files)
    2. you'll want to extract the im4p (not plist) whose name matches your device's board config (ex sep file: sep-firmware[dot]n841[dot]RELEASE[dot]im4p)
      1. To find your device's board config, navigate to ipsw[dot]me, click on your device type, select your specific model, and click the "device information" tab (ex board config: n841ap)
    • NOTE 2: the baseband file is only required for cellular devices and can be found by:
    1. opening the 14.4 ipsw and extracting a copy of the BuildManifest file
    2. opening the BuildManifest file in a plist editor
    3. searching for your device's board config, locating its BasebandFirmware dictionary, locating the Info dictionary, and making note of the file name in the Path string (ex: ICE18-3[dot]02[dot]02[dot]Release[dot]bbfw)
    4. then, navigate back to the ipsw (which should be open in an archive viewer), open "Firmware", and extract the "ICE" file whose name matches the one you noted a moment ago

    Step 2

    • Take note of any tweaks you have installed, restore rootFS, and backup your device either locally with iTunes or to iCloud
    • Set your device's (ap)nonce generator to match that of your blob (can be done through unc0ver or odyssey's respective apps or a handful of other ways which a simple search on this sub should list)

    Step 3

    • Plug your device into your pc, open iTunes (to confirm that it's recognized), and then open command prompt

    Step 4

    • Open the folder on the Desktop where you stored all the necessary files and:
    1. drag the futurerestore[dot]exe into the command prompt and click space
    2. type "-t", click space, drag in your shsh blob file, and click space
    3. type "-s", click space, drag in the SEP file, and click space
    4. if your device is a cellular model: type "-b", click space, drag in the baseband ("ICE") file, and click space
      1. if your device is NOT a cellular model: type " --no-baseband" and click space
    5. type "-p", click space, drag in the BuildManifest file, and then click space
    6. type "-m", click space, drag in the BuildManifest file (yes, again), and then click space
    7. then, lastly, drag in the 14.3 ipsw file

    complete ex command:

    > \Users\Username\Desktop\Folder\futurerestore.exe -t \Users\Username\Desktop\Folder\################_iPhone11,8_14.3-18C66_################################################################ -s \Users\Username\Desktop\Folder\sep-firmware.n841.RELEASE.im4p -b \Users\Username\Desktop\Folder\ICE18-3.02.02.Release.bbfw -p \Users\Username\Desktop\Folder\BuildManifest.plist -m \Users\Username\Desktop\Folder\BuildManifest.plist \Users\Username\Desktop\Folder\iPhone11,8,iPhone12,1_14.3-18C66_Restore.ipsw

    Step 5

    • Click enter, cross your fingers, and hope for the best!
      • In my experience testing v190 (Opa's static build), there are four errors you may encounter:
    1. [General FR Error] the device is put into recovery mode and then FR cannot detect it | Fix: leave your device plugged in and re-run the command again
    2. [General FR Error] FR exits at "got (ap)nonce from device:#####" -- means your device's generator does not match the blob's generator| Fix: set your device (ap)nonce generator to match that of the blob
    3. [General FR Error (though there's a greater likelihood you'll experience it on Windows)] FR exits with an img4tool error. This occurs when the SEP specified is incompatible and *may* also occur if you use the --latest-sep flag (since it occasionally grabs the wrong version) | Fix: check that the SEP for your target version is compatible with the currently signed version's SEP and, if so, try specifying the SEP manually, as outlined above
    4. [Windows Specific Error] libirecovery fails to send the iBEC | Fix: see here

    Step 6

    • After some initial setup, select either "restore from pc" or "restore from iCloud" when prompted on your device to restore your data!

    ​

    IMPORTANT NOTE: if FR exits before the restore begins, your device may get stuck in recovery mode. FR's built in "--exit-recovery" option doesn't work, so in order to get out, you have to use "irecovery -n"

    ​

    And, yes, FaceID, iCloud, etc. work as expected.
