    Every year on news years eve, some people take the opportunity to prank people with fake jailbreaks which causes some people to update their device for no reason, leaving them without a jailbreak.

    Anyone found to be posting fake jailbreaks will be permanently banned. This goes for the Discord server too.

    Hi everyone! Today is the first day of 2021, and I think a good way to start the year is the release of my new tweak! I am proud to announce the release of NineLS.

    NineLS themes your lock screen with an iOS 9 inspired look, including Slide To Unlock, iOS 9 Now Playing Interface, Notifications, and Banners.

    You can customize the tweak in Settings.

    Hello Everyone,

    It's been a long time since you've heard from us. As is the case for everyone, this year has not been an easy one for our team, and several team members were quite busy with their personal lives, and because of that, Installer 5.1 took longer than we expected and wanted. We are however very proud to announce that Installer 5.1 Public BETA is available for everyone now.

    What is Installer 5.1?

    Installer 5.1 is a complete redesign and a major backend rewrite of the most feature rich package manager to ever exist for iOS. The rewrite included adding several new features and fixing a whole lot of bugs. Nearly everything you see has been completely rethought and redesigned. While designing, we asked for feedback from our users, and made changes based on their feedback.

    Compatibility

    Installer BETA currently supports iOS 13 and higher. Upcoming releases will add back support for iOS 12.

    Tinder Device Ban Workaround (2021)

    My specs for those wondering:

    iPhone 11 running IOS 13.5 Tinder version: 11.30.0

    Requirements: • Jailbroken Device • Filza File Manager: http://cydia.saurik.com/package/com.tigisoftware.filza/ • Phone number that has not previously been banned by tinder. (Cannot be a VOIP i.e TextPlus, TextNow, TextFree etc all will not work) Google Voice is the exception. • NewTerm: https://www.ios-repo-updates.com/repository/chariz/package/ws.hbang.newterm2/

    I'll be going through step by step using the google voice method.

    Step 1: Use a legitimate phone number to sign up for google voice. The number used to sign up for google voice can already be banned by tinder it doesn't matter. When signing up for google voice the first time you are allowed one free number from them. After that it'll cost you $10 per new number.

    Once you have the new phone number from google we can go to step two.

    Step 2: (Download tinder from the App Store along with filza file manager from cydia) There is no need to open this tinder although it does need to be on your device for this to work.

    Step 3: (Bare with me) Open filza and click the star on the bottom of the screen. Then click apps manager and look for the tinder icon. Once located click the large info button on the right side of the screen. Then click on the word bundle. Once inside the bundle path hold down the [Tinder.app] folder and click copy.

    Step 4: Next click the back arrow in the top left corner of the screen until you can't click anymore. Once here you should see an applications folder. Open the applications folder and click the clipboard with the 3 circles on it in the bottom left corner and select paste.

    Step 5: Open the Tinder.app folder you just pasted. Once opened look for a file titled [info.plist]. Once you find the info.plist file hold your finger over the info.plist file until you see the option that says [open with. Click open with and select text editor.

    Step 6: Once your inside the info.plist file click anywhere on the screen and a search bar should appear. In the search bar you will need to search 3 things. First thing to search is [CFBundleName]. Once you find [CFBundleName] there will be a line below it that says (Tinder). Place the number 1 behind the word tinder. It should look like this <string>Tinder1</string>

    The next thing to search will be [CFBundleIdentifier] and you need to do the same thing we just did above. Place a 1 after the word tinder. The line should look exactly like this <string>com.cardify.tinder1</string>

    The final thing to search will be [CFBundelDisplayName] and do the same thing. Place a 1 after the word tinder. And the line should look like this
    <string>Tinder1</string>

    Once done with this click save then cancel then done. You can close filza

    (All searches are case sensitive)

    Step 7: Next open NewTerm and type the following: uicache Once you type that in make sure you click the return button.

    • If done correctly you should see a new application on your phone that says "Tinder1" • You can delete the tinder you downloaded from the App Store off your phone. • You can now sign up for a new account using your google voice number inside of Tinder1 and not worry about being banned instantly. • The app will work fully just as the actual tinder would. With the exception of in app purchases. You will not be able to purchase anything that tinder offers inside this app.

    This method can be done as many times as you want with a new number from google just in case you get banned again.

    To remove Tinder1 from your phone simple open filza and delete the tinder.app folder from inside applications where you originally copy and pasted it. Then head to NewTerm and type uicache and enter.

    [Request] Need help getting cydia/any jailbroken parts off phone

    i'm trying to update to the new ios but it's telling me that it's unable to check for the update and i'm pretty sure it's because cydia is still on my phone, i've tried everything online to try and get the update and it still won't come through even on my pc, cydia eraser also only works for 7-10 so i need help.

    If you updated to one of the recent Zebra beta releases (one of the 1.2~beta7 versions) and you have issues like an empty changes tab:

    • Close Zebra

    • Delete your database located at /var/mobile/Library/Application Support/xyz.willy.zebra/zebra.db

    • Respring

    • Open Zebra again

    My iPhone X has a replacement iFixit screen that I swapped myself. Problem is that I believe when I was swapping the Face ID board over to the new phone, I damaged it in some way as I have been unable to setup Face ID. This doesn't matter for me however because I'm on iOS 14.2 and can't jailbreak with a passcode.

    The problem is, for some reason, none of the tweaks I've tried or had prior to my screen swap (AOD, Tritium, Glow, Notchification, a couple others I can't think of right now) are working properly. Tritium will simply dim the screen when the power button is pressed and disallow home bar gestures, AOD causes a safe mode respring and Glow simply doesn't work. I feel like it may have something to do with the proximity sensor and some tweaks relying on it for pocket detection but... I'm no expert. Any ideas?

    [Question] Finally upgrading: Is 13.5 the preferred 13.x compatible with u0?

    Good evening & Happy New Year! iP7/12.4/u0 5.3.1 here.

    Searched and couldn't find a specific answer. After more than a year on 12.4 I'm gonna make the jump to iOS 13 this weekend.

    My plan is to use checkra1n for Windows, so I could go up to 13.7 according to official site, but I travel a lot and in the rare occurrence my device reboots I'd like to have unc0ver on hand which currently only supports up to 13.5 according to official site.

    (Edit: I just realized checkra1n for Windows is beta and not advisable for a primary device, so I'll probably use something like ra1nstorm instead)

    Why not iOS 14? I'm not moving to 14 because not enough tweaks I rely on are compatible yet, most importantly, TetherMe.

    Question 1: Is 13.5 currently the best 13.x version compatible with u0?

    While checking the upgradability of the tweaks I use, I see there are some that only support up to 13.3.1.

    Question 2: Is there a decent chance tweaks built for 13.3.1 will work on 13.5, or did 13.4/13.4.1/13.5 have sufficient internal changes rendering many 13.3.1 tweaks not compatible?
