Why doesn’t pornhub work with airplay? Posted: 14 May 2020 01:39 PM PDT Someone please give an honest unbiased answer without judging the OP. Would genuinely like to know why. [link] [comments] |
Posted: 15 May 2020 12:08 AM PDT I have a couple questions that I haven't been able to find the answers to anywhere... Is it possible to watch a video (perhaps on a reduced screen) while searching? How do you add videos to a "watch later" list? I'm assuming this list the same as: when you're searching for videos while watching a video and select one of the ones you're searching to play after the current video ends. Thank you!! Apple TV 4 and UnblockUS - HELP! Posted: 14 May 2020 09:04 PM PDT Running an Apple TV 4 on the latest tvOS. I bought a directTV subscription outta the States and have successfully been using it for years now. It went down the other day and my "connection" provided me with a replacement. Great, awesome. Only problem is I had to reinstall my TV provider and now it sees me in Canada no matter what I do. The Apple ID I'm using is American, region is set to US, not sure what I'm doing wrong. Like I said, I've had this setup for a long time and I'm not a n00b by any stretch. Anyone have any thoughts? Thanks in advance. [link] [comments] |
Posted: 14 May 2020 04:21 PM PDT Hi everyone, I was wondering if anyone who owns the two products could share their experience. I have an AppleTV (HD version), and want to buy a Sonos One or similar and pair the two devices over AirPlay 2. If anyone has already done this, can you kindly share what your experience has been like? Any audio dropouts? Does the Sonos remain paired with your Apple TV perpetually without the need to reconnect every time you use your Apple TV? Thanks! [link] [comments] |
Shipping range for current Apple TV lineup slips to May 22 - Jun 1. Hardware update forthcoming??? Posted: 14 May 2020 07:04 PM PDT Every since Jon Prosser mentioned that a new Apple TV was ready to ship, I've been checking the Apple website for any possible hints. And I just noticed that the shipping dates for the current lineup have slipped by 7-14 days. That's odd for a product like Apple TV, which prior to today, showed, at most, a 2-3 day delivery range. In the past, an extended shipping date of an existing Apple product was an indicator of a possible refresh. Could this be a sign that the new Apple TV will be announced in the coming days, possibly as early as tomorrow (Friday) or early next week? This is likely given that the earliest delivery date is next Friday, May 22nd. Thoughts? [link] [comments] |
Posted: 14 May 2020 03:28 PM PDT Top Gun is currently available for €9.99 for HD from my local iTunes Store. There's a UHD 4K version due for release shortly. If I was to buy the current version is it likely to be upgraded to the version coming out? [link] [comments] |
I’m confused. Is there no Apple TV app for Macbook? Posted: 14 May 2020 03:10 PM PDT I have a Macbook Pro running High Sierra. I don't yet own an apple tv so maybe that's the missing piece to this puzzle but I'm getting all my 4k movies together for when it does arrive. I've heard that if you drag video files to your Apple TV app you can watch them on your Apple TV. Well I've spent the last hour or so trying find a download link for an Apple TV App with no luck. Do you need to own one first and link it to your Macbook in order for it to show up? Very confused, thanks. [link] [comments] |
Opinions: PS4 (DualShock4) vs X-Box controllers? (Missing some functionality?) Posted: 14 May 2020 07:16 AM PDT Ever since tvOS 13 I have been quite happy to see support for these abundant and inexpensive controllers. There are some titles that offer really great family multiplayer gaming. We bought two PS4 controllers. But, when I try to encourage my kids to use the actual game controllers instead of the Apple TV remote to play games best suited for the controllers or demanding them, it seems impossible to perform all multitasking functionality with only the PS4 controller. Can anyone confirm that it is possible to use only a PS4 controller and not use the Apple TV remote to perform all functions of the Apple TV except for games demanding the Apple TV remote? Most commonly we are stuck in a game and unable to return to the main menu ("dashboard"?) to select a different game. Does anyone own both types of controllers and can tell me if there's a difference between the two? Or just general opinions on PS4 versus Xbox controller? If Xbox controllers can do something PS4 controllers cannot then I would grab one and try it. [link] [comments] |
Posted: 14 May 2020 12:56 PM PDT I have an LG C8, Logitech Z906 surround System connected via Optical cable, and the Apple TV 4K. A remote cannot change the volume when the sound setting is set to optical and would need the volume to be changed via the receiver for the Z906. I have to keep 3 different remotes on the coffee table to change inputs (switching to my HTPC), changing volume on the Z906, and the Apple remote to control the Apple TV. Is there any way to have it universal so I don't have to use 3 different remotes and preferably use the Apple TV remote? [link] [comments] |
Posted: 14 May 2020 01:22 PM PDT Has anyone successfully jailbroke their Apple TV 4K on 13.4? I'm trying to install popcorn time or moviebox pro. [link] [comments] |
