- XS has trouble staying connected to both WiFi and Bluetooth at same time.
- Does anyone have any issues with low in call volume? Is it due to dust on the bottom?

| new iphone x has noticable lag when scrolling Posted: 03 Oct 2019 03:11 PM PDT just got an iphone x, ios 13.1.2. everything is working ok except for scrolling. on apps like reddit, settings, and instagram, there is a horrible lag in the text when scrolling fast. i've heard it's because of dark mode on reddit and settings, but instagram doesn't even have dark mode but it still lags. what can i do to fix it? is it an iOS issue or a hardware issue? thanks [link] [comments]  |

| XS has trouble staying connected to both WiFi and Bluetooth at same time. Posted: 03 Oct 2019 06:09 PM PDT I frequently have problems with my phone when trying to do more than one thing at once. An example is having a phone conversation via AirPods while connected to WiFi. At my house, my cell signal is very, very weak and WiFi calling is absolutely necessary. I can be sitting 5 feet from an AP with very strong 5Ghz signal but yet my call is breaking up like mad. I formerly had a 6S and could do the same thing no problem while also streaming music to my receiver at the same time via WiFi. I also have an Apple Watch and if I turn it off, it improves things marginally. When I have asked others about this in the past, alll I get is something about the crappy Intel modem that apple switched to after the dispute with Qualcomm. Surely there is a better answer or a fix. | Posted: 03 Oct 2019 05:28 AM PDT Just my expierence from iOS 13 b1 to now with battery life etc. So I've tried all the betas and all the final builds and I'm a long time iPhone user so every setting is optimised for battery life. It's just been terrible on all iOS 13 versions I've been able to get around 4-4.5 hours screen time at best and it's been the only weak part of this great phone. So 2 days ago I went back to iOS 12 while it's still be signed and after 2 days the battery is much much better, yes I miss dark mode but that's it. Now getting around an hour extra battery life while using it so about 5.30 screen time to 6. But on standby it's much better. Performance is just as good as iOS 13 and nice and fast and the annoying Memojis are not in my emoji keyboard anymore 😁 I managed to get apple to accept my series 2 watch back for a downgrade and now the box has arrived today I will be sending it for this service so my watch will work with the older OS. So if you have an X and need better battery life then I suggest you downgrade whilst apple is still signing it. This should see me through to the redesigned phone next year. [link] [comments]  |

I thought someone had brought Apple to court for the issue of slowing down phones and that is why they have the cheaper battery replacement programs.
