| iPhone X flickering green light and black screen Posted: 12 May 2019 03:58 PM PDT so i just took a shower and had my iphone on a stand. the iphone barely got any water on it and after the shower my iphone started to flicker a pink line. then it went black and it only flickers green light when i try to turn on the screen. my phone does respond when i touch it, but the screen is black. My phone's randomly decided to stop charging, I tried different cables and ports and whatnot and no luck :( however, it will play music through the aux cord in my car which has a lightning adapter attached. Does anyone have any troubleshooting advice? I tried restarting the device and nothing happened. Going to buy a wireless charger in the mean time to hopefully resolve the issue temporarily. | What iPhone X cases/brands do you recommend? Posted: 11 May 2019 08:39 PM PDT I made the mistake when I purchased my phone of getting the $100 lifeproof case that is waterproof. People can barely hear me on the phone, and my camera always looks blurry unless I literally whipe it a ton. I feel like it still ruins the quality of my photos. I used to have otterbox cases with previous iPhones, and I loved them. The only reason I did not purchase one for this phone is because the iPhone X otterboxes do not have a built-in screen protector. Meaning, I have to buy another one, put it on myself...etc. I always liked the durability of the built-in screen protector. If anyone has any recommendations for high quality, protective iPhone X cases please let me know. At this point, I'm considering getting the otterbox anyway and buying one of their protectors on their site, hopefully putting it on correctly. [link] [comments]  |
