    [RELEASE] Eclipse Dark Mode for iOS 12

    Posted: 25 Feb 2019 05:14 PM PST

    [RELEASE] Eclipse Dark Mode for iOS 12

    Hi again everyone! Long time no see... I missed you all!

    I'm back again with the same awesome tweak, Eclipse Dark Mode for iOS 12!

    Description:

    Personalize your device with Eclipse 12, a system-wide customizable dark mode for iOS 12! Finally, get rid of that ugly white, retina-burning interface that we all know and hate! Eclipse 12 allows you to change the color scheme of (most) applications, including an all-new true-dark OLED-friendly "Midnight mode"!

    BUY IT ON PACKIX HERE

    Cydia Repository: https://repo.packix.com

    Eclipse 12 features:

    • Built for iOS 12
    • Lightweight tweak, consumes NO battery life!
    • Support for many popular App Store apps (with more being added soon!)
    • System-wide colorization
    • User-customizable settings
    • Midnight mode "true dark" for a truly black UI! (OLED Screens!)
    • Battery savings!
    • NEW FEATURE: Dark Mode for most websites (Beta)

    What about the Free Upgrade?

    Unfortunately I've come to find out that Packix doesn't support the "buy one get one" offer I was planning for existing Eclipse X users. This, unfortunately, means that I cannot offer you the free upgrade I promised through Packix Repository.

    However, I am a man of my word; If you provide me a proof of purchase from last year's Eclipse X, and you truly cannot purchase it, I will happily provide you with a gift code to redeem a free copy of Eclipse 12. Simply email me your receipt to [gmorandotme@gmail.com](mailto:gmorandotme@gmail.com)

    Additionally, in order to keep Packix running, as well as pay my transaction fees to PayPal I can no longer afford to sell you this tweak for $1.00. (SORRY) I will sell Eclipse 12 at the promised $1.00 price for a limited time. Afterwards, it will increase to $1.50.

    Again, I'm awfully sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused.

    One question I might get is why I don't just update Eclipse X. The reason behind this is that supporting different iOS 12 components may break iOS 11 support. In order to keep the tweak as light weight as possible (and easy to maintain, and prevent stuff from breaking from version to version), multiple versions are not supported in the same tweak.

    I hope you all understand my reasoning behind the price change, At this point I'm trying to provide this as generous as possible (it's still cheaper than the *other* competition).

    What about Eclipse X?

    Eclipse X will continue to be maintained.

    An update has been pushed today to fix some of the ugliest bugs that were plaguing the previous version.

    Sorry I haven't been around to update it in the past.

    I now have more time on my hands to keep this tweak up to date.

    Special thanks to @LaughingQuoll and @AndyWiik. This could not have been possible without their help!

    [Upcoming] Jailibrary - An open source, free to use Jailbreak library with no advertisements.

    Posted: 25 Feb 2019 06:15 AM PST

    For the past month or so I have been working on my first project for the jailbreak community. I haven't had many problems, so I expect the release to be within a week.

    So far, I've created a simple website that contains every known iOS jailbreak utility. From tweaks, .IPAs, Cydia sources, jailbreaks, and more, everything is in one place.

    I have stored every file's information, version compatibility, developer, and latest download link in their respective .json file. Download links are updated automatically if they are hosted on Github. This is achieved via their API.

    What to expect on release:

    • Live Search: Search for anything in the library.

    • Notification System: If you enable notifications, you will be notified when a file is updated, released, or removed. At release, this system will only work for Chrome.

    • Light/Dark mode: Select a light or dark mode and it will be saved forever, even if you reload the page.

    • Request a file: Send a request for a file that either you or another developer has created that isn't listed on the site.

    • 100s of files, all in one place.

    "Why don't I just go to the developer's site to download the file I want?"

    That's a fair question, and I can't control what you do. But it can be a confusing process when downloading a file. Compatibility is the main issue that many people face, and that is the reason I created Jailibrary: no confusion. Just simply search for a file, click a download button, and that's it. Use Cydia Impactor to insert the file into your device and you're done. Jailibrary connects with the Github API to automatically update file versions, and if the developer removed a file, the API will rollback the version.

    My goal for the future is to create a RestFul API in Python. The main use for this will be for developers. I don't have much info on it right now, but I am excited for the future.

    More info will be released on the release post. Thank you!

    [Release] AlarmGroups - Group and Generate Alarms (iOS 11 & 12)

    https://i.redd.it/lu0u2ijokri21.png

    My Clock app was full of alarms because I'm the type of guy who needs several alarms to wake up 😅

    After I saw this concept post by u/ajunior7 with many users interested in, I decided to do something about it.

    I finished the tweak 3 days ago but iOS 12 jailbreak dropped the same day and had to support it before release.

    Features:

    • Create alarm groups and add existing alarms to it
    • Generate a set of alarms with a given interval while creating the group
    • Enabling/disabling an alarm group will enable/disable all the alarms inside it

    Any feature request or UI suggestions are welcome

    The tweak is completely free and available on my repo apt.fouadraheb.com

    [Release] NotiMask · Disguise Your Notifications [Free]

    Posted: 25 Feb 2019 02:22 PM PST

    NotiMask is a small tweak that will allow you to pretend as if your notifications are coming from a different app. For example, you can choose to fake the Settings app and change the notification text into one of the system alert ones. Or make it less obvious and choose to display notifications as coming from a certain Snapchat friend.

    This can be useful for hiding embarrassing/private notifications from anybody who happens to look at your phone. Don't want your mom to see your Tinder notifications (lol)? Just transform them into ordinary text notifications. Or do anything else, it's up to you.

    NotiMask should work on iOS 10+, but I only tested on my 12.1.1 iPX.

    [Update] ColorBanners 2 for iOS 12!

    Posted: 25 Feb 2019 11:00 AM PST

    [News] iOS 12.2 Beta 1/2/3 SEP and Baseband is compatible with iOS 11.3.X - iOS 11.4.X (Only A7/A8) and iOS 12 - iOS 12.1.X!

    Posted: 25 Feb 2019 10:43 AM PST

    [News] iOS 12.2 Beta 1/2/3 SEP and Baseband is compatible with iOS 11.3.X - iOS 11.4.X (Only A7/A8) and iOS 12 - iOS 12.1.X!

    As you see in the title, the iOS 12.2 Beta 1-2-3 SEP and Baseband is compatible with iOS 11.3.X - iOS 11.4.X (Only A7/A8) and iOS 12 - iOS 12.1.X! However you can only downgrade to iOS 11.3.X - iOS 11.4.X on A7/A8 Devices, but to iOS 12 - iOS 12.1.X you can use any device (A7/A8/A9/A10/A11/A12). So this is good news because we can use iOS 12.2 Beta 1/2/3 SEP and Baseband to Restore/Downgrade/Upgrade! Also, if you want to Restore/Downgrade/Upgrade, you need SHSH2 Blobs, but I think everybody know this already.

    I tested on my iPhone 5S, and everything is working fine. I only tested with iOS 11.4 and iOS 12.1.1, but it should work from iOS 11.3.X - 11.4.X (Only A7/A8) and iOS 12 - iOS 12.1.X (A7/A8/A9/A10/A11/A12)! I don't want to go test all the versions, because that is a lot of time.

    So how many times I restored my iPhone 5S? The answer is 6. I checked up the three Beta ipsw files, and the SEPs all three are the same! So I just would had to restore my phone 2 times, instead of 6, but I did it to confirm that this is 100% works! Also I am not did this for myself, I did this for the community!

    Tools that I am used for the test:

    • Windows 10 Pro x64 v1803
    • futurerestore v173 (for iOS 11.4) and v224 (for iOS 12.1.1) - Windows versions!
    • unc0ver 3.0.0 b28 (for iOS 11.4) and unc0ver b27+11 (for iOS 12.1.1) - I ONLY USED unc0ver TO SET THE NONCE!

    The b27+11 is for iOS 12.1.1 and 12.1.2. That is support A7/A8 devices, so you can set the nonce! Also, in unc0ver settings I disabled everything, except Overwrite Boot Nonce. I don't needed any other settings for this test.

    unc0ver Settings on both iOS 11.4 and iOS 12.1.1

    My tests:

    I successfully restored my iPhone 5S to iOS 11.4 and iOS 12.1.1 with iOS 12.2 Beta 1/2/3 SEP and Baseband! As you can see the Baseband version is 10.50.01. That means that I am used the iOS 12.2 Beta 1/2/3 Baseband. If you extract iOS 12.2 Beta 1/2/3 ipsw, you can find the Baseband with this version. If I am using the iOS 12.1.3/4 Baseband you would see version 10.31.00!

    So if you want, you can update the Baseband version to 10.50.01 with iOS 12.2 Beta 1/2/3 Baseband! You just need to Restore/Downgrade/Upgrade your phone with iOS 12.2 Beta 1/2/3 SEP and Baseband.

    In the Left side you can see iOS 12.1.3/4 Baseband, on the right iOS 12.2 Beta 1/2/3 Baseband!

    In the Left side you can see iOS 12.1.3/4 Baseband, on the right iOS 12.2 Beta 1/2/3 Baseband!

    The Compatibility Table:

    iOS Version Beta Version --> iOS 12.2 Beta 1 iOS 12.2 Beta 2 iOS 12.2 Beta 3
    iOS 11.3 Compatible ? YES, Only A7 - A8 YES, Only A7 - A8 YES, Only A7 - A8
    iOS 11.3.1 Compatible ? YES, Only A7 - A8 YES, Only A7 - A8 YES, Only A7 - A8
    iOS 11.4 Compatible ? YES (Tested on A7) YES (Tested on A7) YES (Tested on A7)
    iOS 11.4.1 Compatible ? YES, Only A7 - A8 YES, Only A7 - A8 YES, Only A7 - A8
    iOS 12 Compatible ? YES YES YES
    iOS 12.0.1 Compatible ? YES YES YES
    iOS 12.1 Compatible ? YES YES YES
    iOS 12.1.1 Compatible ? YES (Tested) YES (Tested) YES (Tested)
    iOS 12.1.2 Compatible ? YES YES YES
    iOS 12.1.2 v2 Compatible ? YES YES YES

    Here you can find the versions, that are compatible with iOS 12.2 Beta 1/2/3 SEP and Baseband. I write to some places "Tested", that means I tested on my own device. Also, if you gonna test one version, let me know and I will edit the table!

    After the tests, I was on iOS 12.1.1, and I started to thinking about downgrading back to iOS 11.4. I thinked for about 1 minutes, and then I downgraded back to iOS 11.4, and restored my Backup.

    [Question] is anyone else jailbroken on iOS 12 and loses signal for a brief moment and then it comes back ?

    Posted: 25 Feb 2019 05:41 PM PST

    I've been experiencing an issue were I lose signal for about 2 seconds and in the top left of my status bar it says "searching" then after the 2 seconds I get my service back. This only happens when I'm in jail broken mode. I rebooted my device and used it in non jailbreak mode for a whole day and it never happened once. Any one having the same issue ? Any idea what it could be ?

    [Tutorial] Get the MacOS Mojave dynamic wallpaper on your iPhone/iPad to cycle every 24h like in a Mac

    Posted: 25 Feb 2019 08:13 AM PST

    Introduction

    Hello everyone. In this tutorial I'll be guiding you step by step on how to get the MacOS Mojave cycling dynamic wallpaper on your iPhone/iPad since a lot of users had requested this previously but no one had shared a fully working way for it. Needless to point out that you'll need to be jailbroken for this to work.

    Sneak Peak: This is how it looks on my iPhone X (only took a a few screenshots of it working, didn't have the patience to screenshot all the 16 different images every X hour).

    Requirements

    • Jailbroken device on iOS 11.x - 12.x;
    • Filza File Manager;
    • Safari Plus;
    • AutoWall;

    Tutorial

    Step 1

    Install Filza File Manager, Safari Plus, and AutoWall. Repositories for each are as follows:

    Step 2

    Using Safari (with the installed tweak Safari Plus), download the compressed zip file with all the 16 images for your cycling wallpaper.

    Step 3

    Go to Filza File Manager and look for the folder where you've saved the downloaded zip file (if you haven't changed the path, it should be located in /var/mobile/Downloads).

    Unzip the file by tapping on it. There should appear an unzipped folder containing all the 16 images.

    Save each image to the Camera Roll, you can do so by tapping an image, hit the Share button (square with arrow) at the top-right corner of the screen and then select "Save Image". Do that for all the 16 images.

    Optional: Create a folder in the Photos app to place all the 16 saved images. It's a matter of organization, not necessary for this to work.

    Step 4

    Go to Settings and look for the tweak AutoWall. Inside the settings of the tweak, make sure the tweak is enabled.

    Open the Manage Wallpapers tab.
    This is where you'll place all the 16 saved images and set a time for them to cycle through.

    If you've noticed, each image is numbered from 1 to 16 (only visible in Filza, you can't see it in the Photos app), so below you'll find the correct order and time to apply for each image:

    (Choose your preferred action when selecting the images and the time, such as, if you want it to change the image on the HomeScreen, or the LockScreen or both)

    • Image 1: 6 am (06:00h);
    • Image 2: 6:30 am (06:30h);
    • Image 3: 7 am (07:00h);
    • Image 4: 7:30 am (07:30h);
    • Image 5: 8 am (08:00h);
    • Image 6: 10:30 am (10:30h);
    • Image 7: 1 pm (13:00h);
    • Image 8: 3:30 pm (15:30h);
    • Image 9: 6 pm (18:00h);
    • Image 10: 6:30 pm (18:30h);
    • Image 11: 7 pm (19:00h);
    • Image 12: 7:30 pm (19:30h);
    • Image 13: 8 pm (20:00h);
    • Image 14: 10:30 pm (22:30h);
    • Image 15: 1 am (01:00h);
    • Image 16: 3:30 am (03:30h);

    Note: The tweak automatically chooses the perspective/static mode depending on what your current wallpaper is set to. So if you want it to display the 16 images in perspective mode you need to have your current wallpaper in perspective mode, if not, your current wallpaper should be static.

    Step 5

    You can delete the images from the Photos app because all used images in the tweak will be stored in the folder of the tweak. You can delete the zip file and the unzipped folder after you've saved all the images into your Camera Roll. You can also play a bit with the time frames and change it to whatever you'd like for the wallpapers to cycle through. The time frame I've shared above is the one based on the actual MacOS Mojave dynamic wallpaper cycle.

    Enjoy your new cycling MacOS Mojave dynamic wallpaper.

    Note: Battery drain and overheating are not an issue with this tweak since it only works upon the specific time you've chosen for the 16 images (I'm using an iPhone X running on iOS 12.1.1 jailbroken with Unc0ver v3.0.0-b32 and haven't experienced any overheating/battery drain with this tweak).

    Other Wallpapers for Cycling

    If you know of any other wallpapers with a 24h cycle or with a different movement cycle, feel free to crop them into the size of your iDevice and to put them to work with this tutorial. Below I'll list a few websites where you can get some paid/free wallpapers like this.

    You can also extract the frames from gifs and videos and turn them into 16 (or whatever quantity you feel like it's perfect) separate images and define them as a dynamic wallpaper with this tweak. Just a tip, do that with a good software tool on your Mac/PC, otherwise the quality loss will be huge.

    [Tip] How To Increase Success Rate Of Unc0ver On iOS 12

    Posted: 25 Feb 2019 12:15 PM PST

    I have noticed that not only putting the device on airplane mode helps but also success rate increases massively when you clear all apps from the app switcher.

    So far I have seen 100% success rate when apps are all removed from the app switcher. No more spinning wheel and then reboot loop.

    Try it.

    It may help you too or it could be just me.

    [Tutorial]How to jailbreak successfully with reload system daemon on

    Posted: 25 Feb 2019 10:53 AM PST

    This is for people having trouble re-enabling the jailbreak on Unc0ver b34 and lower. Not tested on many devices but works on the few tested.

    Steps: 1. update unc0ver to beta 34 2. jailbreak with reload system daemons off 3. open iCleaner pro 4. disable all cydia substrate addons 5. reboot 6. jailbreak with reload system daemons on 7. re-enable the tweaks from iCleaner

    If it doesn't work the first time, repeat step 6. If you are stuck again, retry from step 1 Found by @HeyItsMicro on twitter
