- Anyone else having issues with iMessage on macOS Mojave 10.14.3?
- Anybody know why we can't 'Cut' files in Finder anymore? I think it's been disabled since High Sierra, not exactly sure.
- Can I use bootcamp to make a bootable Windows USB for a windows PC?
- Using AirPlay to use my TV as a second display (TCL 65S403 - 65" 4K TV with an AppleTV 4K attached) only allows 1080p resolution in the Display settings. Is this a limitation of AirPlay or the tv?
- MacBook Crashes, Screen goes dark and fans run high.
- Is Macupdate a reliable website?
- Applications automatically signing out when quit?
- Is the "delete photos" after import now gone from the Photos app?
- Office computer is a 2011 Mac mini & it won’t get any os updates anymore...time to upgrade or leave it?

It has been crashing, with the fans running high, the screen going dark and becoming unresponsive. Console shows these faults fault 17:55:59.669338 -0500 apsd Attempt to set push wake topics without dark wake enabled: <private> fault 17:55:59.669415 -0500 apsd Attempt to set critical wake topics without dark wake enabled: <private> These faults occur several more times during the crash, then I have to hard reset. Yesterday I sent someone a message from my Messages on my mac and now I can no longer receive texts from them. All messages they send are iMessages that aren't being sent to my phone. But any text I send goes through just fine. I don't know what to do, and I would appreciate any help you can offer. If there is a better sub for this question please let me know. Thank you. | Open book, in books app, moving to every desktop when I switch desktop. Posted: 25 Feb 2019 10:37 AM PST So this has been happening for a long time. Maybe a year or two. I think I even submitted a bug report once but nothing has changed. When I open a book in the books app and switch to a different desktop, the book pops up at the top of every other window in the new desktop. It is generally when I swipe. If I click on an app which is open on another desktop the book stays in background but shifts to the new desktop as well. One solution I use is to first assign the app to all desktop and then to a particular desktop. In such a scenario it doesn't move. But I have to do this every time I open the books app and it is quite cumbersome. Has anyone else faced the same issue? Edit: Screen recording of the problem. [link] [comments]  | ||

I followed all the steps here : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kR28kVtZYJY but when I try to use wintousb on the external drive (the step at 10:04 in the video) it says that a windows version is already installed or a file with the same name. and that I need to erase and try again. | Transferring macOS to new device - help required. Posted: 25 Feb 2019 02:37 AM PST I have a 2012 Mac mini with a 512gb SSD. Current usage is 130.15gb. I'm due to pick up a Macbook for portable use, and would like to transfer my setup and apps over without going through the process of reinstalling and setting everything up (it's taken a while to settle into getting it 'just right'). My understanding is that during installation I can transfer via wireless from another Mac. Couple of questions about this:
