Posted: 19 Feb 2019 02:58 PM PST AirPods tip #1 Want to share an AirPod to listen or watch with someone? Settings > Accessiblity > Mono audio 'on' (so you can both hear everything). AirPods tip #2 Sound quality not what it used to be? Check you haven't left 'Mono audio' on for days 😅 [link] [comments] |

iOS 12.2 beta 3 coming today, here are the changes Posted: 19 Feb 2019 09:11 AM PST |
Posted: 19 Feb 2019 11:16 AM PST This works if an option other than "Immediately" has been set inside WhatsApp Settings -> Account -> Privacy -> Screen Lock, when either "Require Face ID" or "Require Touch ID" has been toggled on depending on the iOS device. Here's how: 1. Get to the iOS Share Sheet through any method (Here's an example of iOS Share Sheet opened through Photos app) 2. Click on the WhatsApp icon in the iOS Share Sheet. 3. While transitioning to the next screen, you observe that no FaceID or TouchID verification takes place if an option other than "Immediately" was set previously. Now just exit out to the iOS Home Screen. (If in some cases, it asks for FaceID or TouchID verification, just cancel it and try clicking on WhatsApp icon in the iOS Share Sheet again). 4. Try to open WhatsApp and voila, it simply lets you inside WhatsApp without FaceID or TouchID verification. P.S. This bug does not occur if "Immediately" has been set inside WhatsApp Screen Lock Settings. I have tried by setting "After 1 minute". [link] [comments] |

iCloud 2TB limit. What do I do now? Posted: 19 Feb 2019 12:59 AM PST iCloud has a 2TB maximum tier. But I'm nearing to 1.9 TB used... I don't want to move away from iCloud because I use Apple Photos religiously. It's insane that Google can offer up to 30 TB, while Apple can only do 2 TB. Am I now forced to switch to Google One and Google Photos? edit: don't know why everyone assumes I have junk photos or duplicates. I just go on a lot of holidays and take lots of photos. Have been doing so for a very long time. [link] [comments] |

Is there a Mac app that mimics the Apple TV 4’s Now Playing Screen? Posted: 19 Feb 2019 09:40 PM PST I would love to download an app that acts like the Now Playing screen on the newer Apple TVs while I'm at work listening to my music. Is there something that could pull my iTunes/Apple Music "Now Playing" data and showcase it like that? [link] [comments] |
