[QUESTION] Should i take off my screen protector? I have the Whitestone dome on my iPhone but i feel like I’m losing the great feel of having this expensive smartphone with this thing on.. but I’m worried it’ll get scratched easily and i wont be able to resale it next year
Is having low power mode on 24/7 bad for the battery? Or does it not matter

Hey guys, like the title says, I'm having some problems with Apple warranty on my iPhone X.
I took it to the store last week due to problems maintaining Bluetooth connection with my devices and everything seemed fine. Then I got a call from the store saying that my device was not accepted for Apple warranty and that all my warranty is void from now on due to "bad usage". Which they justify with scratches on the screen. Bare in mind, they're completely normal usage scratches, the iPhone never fell and I always used it in an Apple Leather Case without any issues.
Did anyone ever had any problem like this with Apple? Can they void my warranty in internal parts due to some external esthetic damage? I'm not asking them so fix my screen...

I don't have my iPhone with me yet because I need to go pick it up, but the scratches are definitely not cracked screen...

Anyway, if anyone has any feedback or suggestions on this it'd be great!

I've been going naked with the X for a little bit especially when I mountain bike because it fits the mount (I have a folio case). Today I was hungover, did about 12 miles, puked on my phone and it slipped out of the phone mount four times on muddy and rocky terrain. Not a scratch. Oh and I dropped in on concrete mounting it. Lol, tough day. Thank you for being a durable phone.

Battery... worried!

Hi everyone

Ever since moving to Germany my iPhone battery capacity has changed drastically. It went from 100 to 97 percent in only a few weeks.

It went from 98 to 97 in probably 2 days max.

I think something is going on. Do you think Apple would fix it?

I think I am a heavy user, but it's really dropping and I'm worried. By the middle of next week it could be down even another percent but that doesn't make any sense. You don't lose a percent in 2 days no matter what you do...

This actually upsets me a decent amount since this is my phone for a very long time and it isn't that old.

Should I be trying to drastically cut back on usage to compensate? Should I take it to Apple? Should I buy a new battery before the sale ends this year?

[Question] Battery life iOS 12?

Is anyone else's battery much worse than on iOS 11 ? My x with the same usage I went to bed with about 40% left and a fair bit of usage but now on my iPhone X on iOS 12 I have around 15% left before I go to bed. It's making me much more conscious about using the phone too much so I don't have to recharge.

It's a 2 month old replacement from apple with 100% battery health and it had no problem with battery on iOS 11 and I cant downgrade because of my watch 😩

Just wondered what anyone else's experience is like.

Couldn't decide

Between the X and 8. Ive used an iphone 5 before then switched to android. Now im planning on getting back to ios. I dont know maybe the 8 is just less flashy and similar to X spec wise, oh and has Touch id. But the X has that better, larger screen while similarly sized to the 8 and lots of you here are saying how good it feels. Does anyone here has/had both? What should i get?

Move further away
