Anyone have a dbrand skin on their iPad and an official apple Smart Cover? Just wondering if the magnetic strip works fine overtop the skin. Thanks!

How much will the iPad Pro 10.5" price drop?

    Posted: 07 Oct 2018 07:56 AM PDT

Yet another "should I buy now" post.

I'm going to get the 10.5" and not the anticipated update (TL;DR: don't want face ID or increased price tag). The Apple refurbished iPads are discounted 15%, which I'm fine with. However, would the price drop significantly more than what it is now after the new one's announced? Or is it a wash?

Also, is the refurbished pencil alright?

iPad pro 10.5inch for 480? Is it worth it?

    Posted: 07 Oct 2018 09:43 AM PDT

So my local sprint store has a 10.5 inch iPad pro with cellular and is selling it for 480 dollars. The catch is that the guy said its 32 gb. Im kind of confused because i don't think apple sells iPad pros for 32gb. I think the guy may have mistaken and thought it was 32. I felt the iPad in my hand and it was completely new (took it out the box).

    My questions are:

Is there anything I could look out for before I buy it?

Does apple sell iPad pros with 32 gb?

How can I know how many GBs there are without actually seeing up the iPad?

Im asking because 480 seems too good to be true.

Anyone use EasyCanvas know if bluetooth keyboards are supported?

    Posted: 07 Oct 2018 07:04 AM PDT

Hey, I wanna use a bluetooth keyboard on my ipad so I can use my photoshop shortcuts on Easycanvas, does anyone have the program or a bluetooth keyboard that they could test this out for me?

(If you don't have easycanvas the trial is 2 weeks which would let you test it if you'd be so kind.)

    Thankyou vvvv much!

I'm gonna buy a new iPad. Which color is the best preventing eye straining?

    Posted: 07 Oct 2018 12:33 PM PDT

Hi guys! I know that choosing the right color is just something very personal but I would like to consider this choice under a technical point of view. Since I am going to read and study lot with it, I was just wondering if the white frame could result eye straining on a long term exposition. That's because I am not really used to have a white frame surrounding what I see (e.g. computer, laptop, iphone, my old 2008 iMac which is silver but has a black frame) and what I read. So before spending 359 Euros for the new iPad 2018 I please ask you what do you think about. Surfing the net I just read that the white frame could be eye straining because the white is more likely to reflex the light, but on the contrary it is better for who read a lot (that's me) because you have far less contrast between the white page and white frame. I personally would go for the black one even if white would fit better with the Apple Pencil which I want absolutely to buy together. Thanks!

iPad redirect to “congratulations, amazon user” pop up on Safari?

    Posted: 06 Oct 2018 04:42 PM PDT

Does anyone else experience this? I have an iPad 2017, use only Safari as my browser, and have occasionally gotten these "congratulations amazon user!" pop ups that redirect to a site on some sites I visit, but lately they seem more frequent. I don't visit many odd sites on Safari. Mainly on reddit or Amazon, Wikipedia, whatever. Never get the pop up or redirect on there. But if I go to a site for some article, it'll randomly happen. Like today, I visit this one blogspot.com site and never got it on there, but today it happened. Even went to some official charts.co.uk site to see the Solo blue ray sales for the U.K. and it happened (never visited the site before). Twice I've cleared Safari website data and cache and cookies and it just happens again a few days later. I don't have any weird apps installed, all official apps like Star Wars games and social media like Facebook and Twitter, also have Trivia Crack and Speedtest, but don't think they'd cause it? Can saving images from Google to my photo library cause it? And is this something on the sites' end? I asked other people in my house who have android devices and said they haven't gotten anything like it on Chrome (my brother said he got it occasionally on his old Galaxy Note 4, but hasn't since he upgraded to Note 9 a few months ago).

Issues with iPad 2018 with Pencil

    Posted: 07 Oct 2018 06:38 AM PDT

So I have been shopping and comparing iPads/iPad Pro for a while now. I finally got into the store to start playing around and seeing which I liked better. I am a student looking to primarily take notes, do homework, and other readings. I noticed that with the iPad Pro, I could rest my hand on the device and also use the pencil without any issues. On the iPad, I could do this, but my writing was either severely delayed or ended up being a dotted mess if attempted words. Does anyone else have this issue with the iPad? I was curious if it was an issue with it being an in store model or this was an issue with all of them. If it is, is there anyway I could go into settings and fix this? I really don't want to spend the extra $300 for the pro, but that would definitely be a dealbreaker for me.

    iPad for mum

    Posted: 07 Oct 2018 05:02 AM PDT

    Hello everyone!

I would like to buy my mum an iPad for Christmas. She would use it primarily for drawing and playing games. I've watched videos comparing the non pro and the pro version, but I'm still not sure. In summer I've made almost for the price of the pro. It's little out of my budget, but is there that much of a difference? She's using a small iP 5s for playing games and she really deserves a bigger device. So which one would be a better fit? Thanks for all answers :)

How can you clear all trackers from an iPad? All these websites making you click ‘agree’ every time, saying the will install trackers. Must be so many

    Posted: 07 Oct 2018 04:36 AM PDT

The amount of websites that do this are insane.

Some are saying please click agree so we can install advance trackers on you device. Who knows what else.

How can these easily be cleared from and iPhone/iPad?

Is there a way to do it without losing saved login details?

    Should I get an iPad?

    Posted: 06 Oct 2018 09:31 PM PDT

Hello, I have a lot of apple stuff and was wondering if I should get an iPad as well. It seems pretty cool but to be honest IDK how much I would actually use it. What are some of the best things you use an iPad for? Even the obvious ones.

    [Help] best pdf/note taking app

    Posted: 06 Oct 2018 07:38 PM PDT

So, the new semester starts in few days and Im in a little dilemma right now.

I have an IPad as a portable productive device, an android phone and a Windows PC for heavy stuff. Which app (mostly for reading and note taking for large pdf files) provides the best and more importantly seamless experience between all my devises.

I've tried One Note, but didn't like it, because of the needles (for my usage) complexity and clumsiness.
