[BUG] 2/3 second delay after putting iPhone XS Max to sleep Posted: 20 Oct 2018 09:26 PM PDT I've been noticing this since I got the device a few days ago on iOS 12 and installed iOS 12.1 Dev Beta 4 to find this behaviour still there. I contacted Apple support and the rep is also seeing the same thing without any explanation of why this is happening. I'm guessing that this is somehow related to the OLED screens. I'm not sure if this is just the iPhone XS Max or other OLED devices (X & XS) experiencing the same thing. Are any of you guys seeing what I'm seeing? Edit 1: Apple Pay double click seems to be the issue here. It's also affecting the X so it seems to be a feature for some odd reason. submitted by /u/ITGenius_ [link] [comments]
