Fathers - I need some recommendations for my 5 year old

    Posted: 31 Jul 2018 06:12 AM PDT

My 5 year old loves her tablet. I've purchased her many games, but she's worn them out at this point.

Any ideas? It's so difficult to find quality games on the atrocious and bloated app store.

    Single Player RPG suggestions?

    Posted: 30 Jul 2018 08:15 PM PDT

I want to scratch that RPG itch that I see when I see pixel RPGs like older final fantasies or Octopath. Anything similar for iOS?

    Other addictive games like Polytopia?

    Posted: 31 Jul 2018 07:48 AM PDT

This shit is so good I close my eyes and still see my little soldiers moving around the tiles. Anything else that gets stuck in your head that way? Doesn't have to be a turn-based game, can be anything!

Asphalt 9 is pure eye candy. Unbelievable that this game can run on a phone. It seriously looks like a PS4/XBO game.

Why do mobile games choose to do IAP instead of just asking for $3 - $10 up front

    Posted: 31 Jul 2018 01:09 AM PDT

I would so much rather just pay money up front for a real game. I feel so lied to when I play a mobile game and then realize they are going to slow me down if I don't keep paying them. I then just uninstall.

    NDS ROM’s no longer available?

    Posted: 31 Jul 2018 04:36 AM PDT

Just finished pokemon platinum on iNDS and want to play hearthold now. Of the hundreds of rom websites that used to work for me only a week ago. Every single website is now saying unavailable, deleted or just wont download at all.

Trying to find an app I played years ago on a planeride. I remember it was a blank page with text and you would go hunting.

    Hi there;

Looking for that game I described above. It was very simple but I remember thinking it was so sick. It was like, times new roman text describing the game action. Like a book lol. I hope this app is still around. Would love to play it again.

Are there any F2P games that have an actual ending?

    Posted: 30 Jul 2018 05:42 PM PDT

I enjoy a lot of the different F2P games and don't mind the grind or repetitiveness for the most part, but after playing the game for a while it starts to dawn on my that it will never end and I start to lose interest. Are there any decent F2P games that have an ending more than just "prestige" and starting over?

    Iphone exclusive games

    Posted: 30 Jul 2018 01:09 PM PDT

I'm getting a Iphone, since I love both Android and iOS, but sometimes the games come to just one platform, I want a list of iOS games that are not available for Android, for example Dust an Elysian Tail.

    Is Tallowmere good?

    Posted: 30 Jul 2018 12:46 PM PDT

I've seen the game recommended a few times, and it looks like something that would be up my alley.

    Two specific questions:

    1. How are the controls on iOS? I do not have a controller so I'd be playing with the touchscreen.

    2. Is there any sort of progression or unlock system so that each run is working toward something? Or is it more of a "high score" sort of thing?

    60FPS?

    Posted: 30 Jul 2018 03:36 PM PDT

So I searched the subreddit and found nothing, anyone on here aware of any tweaks that get you 60FPS (or more) on iOS? I know it's possible by modifying files for individual games, just not sure how to do it system-wide. Looking for either jailbreak or non-jailbreak methods.
