Posted: 05 Apr 2018 08:53 AM PDT I have a problem with the auto balance focus When I'm making a selfie but in the background a window it gets extremely light.. like if I'm some kind of god. So when I Manually click on the window the lighting gets normal. Note: there isn't any sunlight or other extreme lighting just a tiny difference in indoor and outdoor, yet it reacts really extreme like I'm making a selfie with the sun in my back. Coming from a 6s, I find the difference really gigantic. When you put the iPhone 8 Plus side to side with the X, I can justify the £200/$200 difference. I NEVER said it was cheap, far from that. But the luxury Stainless Steel finish and the screen is delicious for the eyes. With True Tone it's even better if you are often in interiors, with light changing throughout the rooms. The camera, Face ID, 120hz input gestures, magical OLED display, A11 Bionic, Fast charge... Won't have enough place to list everything but I think that it's the perfect phone I could've dreamed of, honestly. (Well, if the notch wasn't there it would've REALLY been perfect). I had to use a third party file explorer to get the file, then used handbreak to change it to mp4 but the results were not super good. | Posted: 05 Apr 2018 01:29 AM PDT I have adjusted to the notch-rather quickly. But, after months of using my iPhone, I cannot get used to that icon at the bottom of my screen. I find it hard to believe that Apple is about user experience and throws this hideous thing at the bottom of the display. This really should be an option to toggle off. It is ugly and pointless. Frankly I am tired of it covering images and text and ruining what is otherwise a great display. Here's to hoping that someone at Apple's iOS development comes to the same conclusion.
