| Posted: 15 Nov 2021 03:20 PM PST Hello, I'm having an issue with my iPhone X. There is a quite a significant keyboard lag, but it doesn't happen all the time. It seems to happen more on certain apps. For example, I'm trying to type in a PowerPoint presentation on the iOS app, but it's getting difficult as there's such a significant lag. It also happens on Reddit when I type over a certain amount. I've tried Force Restarting my phone, and the issue is still there. I see that you can reset the keyboard dictionary, but I don't know if it's a good idea to do that or not. Has anyone else had this issue and know how to fix it? [link] [comments] | ||
| IPhone X got wet and now screen is green Posted: 15 Nov 2021 10:18 AM PST Got phone wet in the jacuzzi and it shut off after a few minutes. When I turned it back on the screen turned green with a darker tint on the right side. I googled and tried hard reset and the screen turned back normal but after a few minutes it flickered and turned back green. Anything else I should try before buying a new phone? I'm 14 now and had been using an odd brand smartphone that are pretty mediocre, camera not very good and the battery life is less than 2 hours. I decide to try to find a new phone under 170$ (700MYR) but I think I can wait to save up some money to join Apple ecosystem. The time until I can save enough would probably be mid of 2022, so is it worth it or is there just better android/iphone phones out there that are similarly priced? I'm not in the apple ecosystem, an android is still perfectly fine but I wonder is iphone x/xs worth it in 2022 [link] [comments] | ||

| Is the Iphone X still worth it? Posted: 14 Nov 2021 10:57 AM PST So I'm planning on changing my phone, and i don't know how, but they have some brand new iPhone X with 256gb at just 600$. Again, brand new, and they are a trusted brand. So is it still worth? I am very tempted to get it because it's got so much memory but the main reason is that i love the 3D touch and size of the X, it's perfect. Now dome may say the chip is outdated, but from what I've seen, it still holds up really well, as for software support, it's still got 2 years left and I always keep my phone 2 or 3 years even after the end of software update. About the battery, I'm a medium user with about 5-6 hours of screen time, so it should get me through the day, if it doesn't, I still usually carry a powerbank with me at school so it should be ok Now the cameras are really not a concern, since I'm the type of guy who doesn't really take any pictures at all. And also the screen was way ahead of it's time, being even better than an iPhone 11. So, it is worth it? [link] [comments] |
