Ipad pro 2021 not recognizing my USB C headphones Posted: 22 Jul 2021 12:48 PM PDT I just got my 2021 iPad pro 11inch last week. I tried plugging in my Samsung USB C ear buds and audio comes out the speakers. The headphones work fine when connected to my phone and laptop so problem is the IPad. Does anyone know what the problem is? [link] [comments]
Posted: 22 Jul 2021 07:09 AM PDT Anyone know of a way to "appify" a web site on iPad? On macOS there are tools like Fluid and Flotato. Wondering if there's anything similar on iPad. Even maybe a Shortcut? [link] [comments]

Microsoft swiftkey vs Stock iPad keyboard Posted: 21 Jul 2021 11:22 PM PDT Someone who has extensively used both can please list the pros and cons ? I have only used the stock one and am used to sliding over letters to get numbers or symbols - this feature is missing from swiftkey (not sure) so is a huge con. Any other things that I should know about ? [link] [comments]
9to5Mac iPad Mini Rumor: iPad Air-style, A15, Smart Connector, USB-C Posted: 21 Jul 2021 10:18 PM PDT TL;DR: in the headline! Their sources don't cite a specific screen size or actual dimensions, though. I'm curious what the smart connector could be used for. I have a hard time seeing a useable keyboard that's the size of the iPad Mini. Maybe they have some sort of folding keyboard that opens up to a fuller size to go with? 🤷🏾♂️ One odd bit: 9to5's source says they're planning an A15X that could be used in other iPads. You'd think it'd be an M2, not an A15X? Unless they're going to really stratify the iPad line, or go with an A15X instead of an A16 chip in the 2022 iPad Air revision. Still - this is exactly what i want in an iPad Mini, so I'm really hopeful this is true. 🤞🏾 I love my 2018 11" Pro and use it constantly for work (mainly the MS Office apps and Good Notes) and home use, but a fast Mini-sized device with an Apple Pencil 2 and a hypothetically decent keyboard would be perfect for my uses - especially as work travel becomes likely again in the last third of the year. Being able to get work done while just carrying a small sling instead of a larger sling/small backpack would be awesome. I know a lot of people can't do work on something the size on a Mini, but I've never had an issue revising contracts in Word or editing financial models in Excel when I daily drove an iPad Mini 2 (other than the general shoddiness of the Office iPad apps, that is). I wouldn't want to do it all day, but for the kind of quick hits I'd do when on the go, a Mini would be ideal. [link] [comments]
Blooming "issue" on the iPad Pro 12 Inch Model, paperlike screen protector ? Posted: 21 Jul 2021 06:16 PM PDT About this Blooming topic. I know its a common thing for mini-led displays. I recently got the 12 inch Model and installed the Paperlike Screen Protector at instant without testing it before. So here, i notice the blooming in a dark room even at lowest brightness on procreate, youtube video tests like the LG OLED Demo video ( if the scene changes slowly ). My question is: Do you guys think that the paperlike screen protector is exaggerating the blooming more since its a thicker and more matte layer ? I watched videos or posts here on reddit how they show better image processed pictures how the IN REAL LIFE blooming looks like, but saddly i still think its strong on my side but as i said maybe the thick paperlike screen protector makes it much worse. And i dont think i have a faulty display since no one really talked about it if this is a serious issue. ( i hope note ) [link] [comments]

Does easycanvas only support photoshop and blender? Posted: 21 Jul 2021 04:20 PM PDT Been seeing a lot of praise for this app, but it seems to be really limited, and thus useless for my use case. It mirrors my PC display on the ipad, but I can't interact with it at all. Even opening something like MS Paint, I can't draw on it with my finger. Am I missing something? [link] [comments]
Posted: 21 Jul 2021 03:44 PM PDT So I got a new iPad with the M1 chip and was wondering about battery usage when using Safari vs Brave. Is there any metrics between different browsers? Safari feels very snappy and fast and I would use it if not for the ads everywhere. [link] [comments] |
