Podcasts UI is bad - suggested improvements?

    Posted: 20 May 2021 12:27 PM PDT

This is not a real life problem. But as a consumer, I hate Apple's podcast UI.

    • cannot mass delete downloads. I get to go through all 300 and delete mine later I guess
    • no options to "play next" for any current series you're listening to, it plays whatever is in queue, like tons of now unwanted podcasts
    • refreshes on a dime, exacerbating the above annoyances
    • search is a joke, there's close to zero metadata indexing. For example I can't find a podcast exclusively about X person by searching their name, I need to remember the less memorable name of the actual podcast

Anyone else feel like complaining and maybe getting their attention, or not? Do share into the void!

    Figure it out, appleeee
