    Hi everyone,

    as requested here yesterday, I wrote a quick tweak to toggle the visiblity of the hidden photo album from the Control Center.

    As this only uses the existing iOS 14 stock feature to hide the album it's not compatible with any version below 14 (and I don't have any plans to backport it as it would mean to find a completely different approach).

     

    The tweak is completely open source on Github.

    HiddenPhotosCC is available for free on Packix!

    The hidden photos section isn't much secure, as you can simply access it in the photos app without any additional verification.

    HiddenLock14 makes the hidden album more secure, by adding a Face ID Authentication layer to it.

    Description

    Does iOS keep turning down your music? Do you just want to blast your headphones at full volume with no regard for your ear drums? Going in for a HUGE max bench at the gym and suddenly iOS thinks that your music is TOO loud? Fuck that.

    What does it do

    Prevents iOS from turning down your volume automatically to "protect" your hearing.

    Options to configure

    Enabled - Enable this to well uhh.. enable the tweak? Disable notifications - Enable this JUST to prevent iOS from creating the notifications informing your volume is too loud. If you turn this off, and the tweak is still enabled. Your volume won't be turned down, however the notification will still appear.

    Tested on iOS 14.3

    Does anybody know who has done the recent work on Axon? I'm guessing it's KritantaDev because their name is there bottom of the Axon settings page but not really sure. No contact info given on the repo.

    Want to request a small adjustment that will look better and willing to pay a commission.
