    Games like The Quest

    Posted: 01 Feb 2021 06:22 AM PST

Back in my day(I'm middle-old) I stuck mostly to the third person RPGs. Your Baldur's Gate, Planescape type stuff with the occasional more open first person like Morrowind thrown in. I know there was a whole bunch of great first person RPGs out there I missed. How many are on iOS? Games like Grimrock or The Quest. I've tried my old Baldur's Gate style and it just plain doesn't work well on an iPhone. The first persons though are perfect for it. Doesn't have to be an original iOS game, perfectly happy playing older ported classics. Anything on Arcade is fine as well. Appreciate any suggestions!

Hidden gem of a game for people who are a fan of idle or afk games I’d like to talk about- Immortal:Reborn

    Posted: 01 Feb 2021 11:36 AM PST

The subreddit is dead, although there is a discord for it that is active at least.

I'm not sure why this game is not known or has a small player base but it's really good for being free! My guess though is that because it doesn't have flashy graphics or anime characters, people will just pass on it. As someone who got passed the graphics on Dream Quest and still plays it to this day I gotta say Immortal Reborn is stuck in that same boat. It's obviously not a masterpiece but it's still fun.

It has a unique UI but with familiar idle game mechanics like a tower to climb and your campaign progress which is also tied to how much afk exp you gain.

The biggest difference is instead of a team of heroes you have different fighting builds you can make. Like a giant axe tank, or a whip wielding minion shadow beast master. The only real RNG mechanic that is involved with your progress is weapon skins. Even then you can pick a skin to farm throughout playing. Not once have I even needed to even think about spending a dime on this game, did i mention there's no in game ads at all either?

The only big thing to know going in is even though it'll say the servers are full, none of them are full at all haha.

Can't find game, top down swat shooter

    Posted: 01 Feb 2021 07:22 AM PST

Saw an ad for a game and can't find it now/think of the name. It was a top down style, you traverse hallways and can only see where you are aiming, everything else is fogged over. Anyone know what game I'm referring to? Thanks in advance!

Cool little idle game I found

    Posted: 31 Jan 2021 09:54 PM PST

I know I know. Idles and gacha isn't everyone's thing, but this cool little game from an indie developer is pretty enjoyable. I've thoroughly enjoyed it for about a week now as f2p. Progress can obviously be sped up by spending, but there's still a good game here at its core.

It's a new take an idle team builders with guild raids, conquest maps, arenas, and multiple dungeons. A pretty expansive gear and crafting system that all change the look and stats of your character also :)

    Guardian Tales is amazing

    Posted: 01 Feb 2021 01:02 AM PST

It's been a while since I've found a mobile game that's this hard to put down. How is this game not more popular? Gameplay is so fun, story flows well, and the graphics are surprisingly beautiful. If you've ever enjoyed an old-school Zelda style game, seriously get this game.

Hi friends! My friends and I need some help! Do you know any good group games?

    Posted: 31 Jan 2021 06:11 PM PST

I have a group of 8 friends that all want to play something together that has a clan/guild function where we can take on group missions. But we don't want it to be too attention driven (like how genshin impact can be played for hours on end).

We are looking for something AFK but also hands on when we want it to be. We like the whole idea of being able to develop characters, level up, fight in raids, and only have to play for about 10-15 minutes a day.

We would hate to fall prey to Raid Shadow Legends.. so we're begging for some other suggestions.

Is Craft the World updated for modern iPhones?

    Posted: 31 Jan 2021 02:25 PM PST

Looking for a sim game like Oxygen Not Included for my iPhone 12 Pro Max and this seems the closest, but it hasn't been updated in years.

Is it full screen? Also, are there any other games I should be looking at?
