Went from the first Apple Watch to the 5 series because of the price and I LOVE IT! I never knew how cool the “always on” feature is until I got it. The battery is great! Sleep tracking and the fitness app is what I’ll be using the most.

    Top band doesn't click?

    Posted: 31 Dec 2020 05:05 AM PST

I just bought the series 6 a day ago, but I only managed to get the bottom strap of the watch to click in place. The top strap did not click, and it kept sliding with the slightest pressure. I followed this YouTube video. I managed to get the strap to stay in place and is fairly firm (doesn't move when I apply pressure), but I've never heard the click. I'm using the strap that came in the box. I'm still worried it might fall off at some point, should i get a replacement band?

How's your Apple Watch experience comparing to your old wristwatch?

    Posted: 31 Dec 2020 06:17 AM PST

    Hi everyone,

I am a PhD researcher focusing on IoT products and I designed an online survey comparing user experience using smartwatches and traditional wristwatches for my research project. I believe most of you in this community have experience using Apple Watches. If you also have experience using traditional wristwatch(es), it would be much appreciated if you could help me by answering the survey. The questionnaire aims to reflect the differences in the UXs of smart watches and conventional wristwatches.

The survey consists of 5 main parts:

    Part 1 Basic Information

Part 2. Functions of Smartwatch and Wristwatch

    Part 3. Ease of Use

    Part 4. Enjoyment

    Part 5. Overall Experience

It takes about 20 minutes to finish the questionnaire. Thanks very much in advance for your support!

For these participants who have answered this questionnaire previously, your responses were amazing and really helpful. It is much appreciated!
