    My iPhone 11 Pro Max keeps lowering the ringtone volume on its own. It lowers the volume automatically to like 15-20%... I missed an alarm last weekend. It's been doing this since I got it last year. I have the "change volume with buttons" turned off, I have the face awareness setting turned off. I've tried all that. It still happens. Sick of missing phone calls and alarms and having to check my volume before bed. Any fix for this?

    Dark patches suddenly appeared on the bottom of my MacBook. I just used it maybe three hours ago and these weren’t there. Any thoughts? It’s not affecting the performance, but it’s kinda annoying.

    I got one of the clear MagSafe cases, but I've been reading that they're overly fragile, especially for the price. I'm thinking about returning it and buying a different case from Amazon.

    Anyone have experience returning a case to Amazon?

    Hi guys I have a Imac 21,5" end 2009 with a intel core duo and 12Go of ram

    I deleted my HDD and tried to reinstall mac os on it, but i had an error(during the reinstall) so i made a boot usb drive and when I press alt when i start it to chose my boot drive, nothing happen just a white screen with my cursor.

    Is my HDD dead ? I rly need help its the Imac of a friend

    How do I delete CleanmyMac

    My nephew installed CleanMyMac 3 and this damn application will not let me remove it! I've tried following steps online to uninstall it, but when I drag the application to Trash it says "can't be moved to the Trash because some of its extensions are in use"

    Random Apple developer email question

    I got a random today addressed "Dear Developer" talking about App Store Connect and future double authentication. I've never signed up for Apple Developer as far as I know and never used App Store Connect. Is this just something everyone got? Is this something I have worry about?

    Im an absolute idiot and gave someone my apple id, they changed my email and i see them in my family sharing but before i gave them access i removed all my payment infor and made sure my password was not the same as other passwords,should i be safe? Im calling tomorrow when they are available but im worried sick

    Buying a MBP refurbished and 16” MBP opinions

    Hello friends,

    I am looking to upgrade my late 2013 13"retina MBP before intel chips are phased out (I need bootcamp) and the 16" seems like a great, albeit expensive, option. Looks like thermal issues and the keyboard were fixed plus this machine has some unreal reviews and specs.

    I have seen some attractive deals on apple's refurbished section and am wondering if anyone has experience buying refurbs from apple. Is the condition like new, even physically? I can't seem to find a condition qualifier on the shop page. I have also found a solid deal on craigslist but am obviously more hesitant about buying used from there.

    I'd also appreciate general thoughts and reviews of the 16" for those of you using it already, since I don't need to upgrade but if it is as good as I hear then I'm all in. I'd especially appreciate hearing any bootcamp experience on it, running games and such.

    Is beautygate back for ios 14?

    I bought a new iPad mini which is currently running on iOS 14.2. I have an iPhone also, but that's running on an earlier operating system. I noticed that with This recent iOS update on the iPad, it feels like there's a filter on all of the pictures I take of things with faces. If I do a selfie or if I take a picture of someone or some thing (even my dog), It's like everything is smoothed out. I spent about an hour and a half talking to Apple customer support asking them if there is some sort of built-in filter that I could disable and they offered no help whatsoever. They asked me dumb questions like if i was taking pictures next to magnets etc. i'm so scared to update my iPhone to 14.2 now in case it ruins the camera on there also. I don't like having this smooth skin look on all of the pictures because it looks fake

    How are you fairing with it? Are you noticing a slowdown of your phone after the upgrade? Not withstanding the aftermath of battery-gate, i am assuming there will be some drop in performance while running the latest IOS on an old iPhone 7

    Hey guys, i have a brand new Iphone SE that i am trying to do a full reset. This is my Dad's phone and he forgot his Id password. I went through the steps confirming the phone number and email to reset his password. We just now got an email saying he can reset his password in 13 DAYS! That is a bit over exaggerated, is there a way to work around this?

    On my third iphone 12 pro and it keeps getting stuck in a boot loop

    For some reason there's a problem with restoring my backup from my iphone xs to the 12 pro. Every time no matter what restore method I use it gets stuck in a boot loop. Took it to apple and they replaced the 12 on the spot the first couple times, still had the same issue after each replacement. Last time I took it to them they just told me I should set it up as a new phone. Which I really don't want to do. I was able to successfully restore some stuff like from a third party software called phone rescue but some stuff was kind of buggy after I did that restore.

    Does anyone have any advice on how to fix this?

    macOS Big Sur Mail App Saves Emails with "No Sender" and "No Subject"

    I'm on a early 2015 MacBook Pro running Big Sur, and I'm trying to save some emails to my computer as Raw Message Source (RMS). Normally, this works perfectly fine. But I was trying to save one email with way, and downloaded completely blank. The subject and sender fields say "No Subject" and "No Sender" respectively.

    This email is from a work account that has been disconnected, BUT I've been able to save other emails from other disconnected accounts with no problems. It will save this email as a PDF, but not as an RMS. It's really strange because the email is downloaded to my MacBook. Anyone know a solution?

    I have the regular first gen AirPods. I've had them for around 7 months, use them very moderately, only school usually or occasionally here and there. And I've been having a problem where my right AirPod is dying 20 - 30 percent quicker than the left. I kid you not my right AirPod died today, while my left was still at 50%. I've only had them for 7 months and only use them together, never individually, hence why I doubt this can be battery degradation.

    What is the best way to search/extract (and possibly "flatten") old time machine backups without restoring

    I have time machine backups going back almost a decade. They are spread across several external drives and a time capsule.

    I am hoping somewhere in there are the missing pics and home movies from those years. I can open the backups with finder, but searching through is cumbersome. Is there any way or an app to "flatten" time machine backups?

    I no longer need them as time machine backups, but would like to easily search through the contents of long-forgotten laptops and copy anything interesting before disposing of the old drives.

    I've never found a great way to handle this. Thanks

    Not receiving WhatsApp notifications after IOS update

    Just as the title mentions, after updating my iphone 8plus to the newest IOS version, I was unable to receive notifications from my WA chats. I have tried turning off all notifications and restarting my phone but it didn't work. I also tried to reset the WA notif settings itself but no luck. I also can't delete and reinstall WA on my phone as I don't have enough storage to back it up.

    Any suggestions on what else I can do or does anyone have a similar problem?

    Worked fine before iOS14.

    Hi. My iPhone X was in water for a few minutes and now the screen is having issues. At first it worked a bit but a few minutes later the screen randomly went off; I once saw the whole screen completely green. I'm very worried as I'm not in the financial situation to get a new phone; can anyone help?
