iPhone 12 worries and expectations Posted: 07 Oct 2020 12:16 PM PDT Although not confirmed, based on all the leaks what are people's worries and expectations of the new upcoming phones? My xs is actually great, runs great on iOS 14 although 14.01 has caused a few dropped frames here and there. But battery has always been bad since ios 12 to me. I have a smart battery case which helps with that. I love the 5.8 inch screen size and don't want any bigger. In comes the supposed 12 mini. Smaller but not by that much, squared off design and basically a one handed phone with a edge to edge screen which sounds great to me, sign me up. My concerns are the notch will make the screen feel small. The battery might be smaller making battery life the same as I have now or worse. Lastly the screen, a concern is if the Oled quality will be as good as the xs ? But more importantly is durability. I've got one scratch on my xs screen after a year with no screen protector. I've since seen countless YouTube vids and posts about the 11 pro scratching really easy on the screen because it's more shatter proof but softer and more prone to scratches so wondering if they'll have fixed that with the 12 mini. Overall if I can get a 12 mini with a screen as sharp as I have now, a good bump in battery life compared to the xs, faster speeds, square design and as robust or better screen I'll be happy to order one. What's everyone's thoughts and expectations and worries on the soon to arrive iPhones? [link] [comments] | ||
