    I've been on iOS 14 since Beta2 but it seems there is one major bug that can be triggered somehow in whatsapp when listening to voice note (specifically when switching from speaker to earpiece) .

    How to check if this bug is 'ON' ? Well just open whatsapp and cover the proximity sensor on top of your device and check if your screen goes black and goes back to normal when you uncover the sensor, if it does then you sir are likely to be experiencing a increased device temperature and bad battery life right ?

    Restarting your device seems to reset the device to a normal state and eventually a good/normal battery life but it's also a temporary solution to this bug make sure to keep an eye on it each couple of hours.

    Cant update apps on latest beta (iOS dev beta 4)

    After updating to the newest beta, it seems I am no longer able to update apps through the app store, has anyone else encountered this?

    When I go in and try to manually update them, the indicator will spin once or twice and just change back into the update button. Tried rebooting, signing out/in of AppleID, but still no luck.

    Filed a bug report, but any thoughts or fixes?

    iOS 14 totally bricked my iPhone, is there a fix to this?

    I have had iOS 14 betas since day one and I hadn't had any major issues other than some bugs. Yesterday night I went to sleep and my iPhone was working as usual. When I woke up in the morning it wouldn't turn on so I thought it was just not charged. I put it to charge and it wouldn't turn on, I tried DFU mode and it won't show anything, the screen stays black and doesn't respond to anything. It won't even show that the battery is dead when I press and hold the power button. iTunes doesn't recognize it neither on mac nor PC.

    Do you know a way to fix this?

    Battery life in PB4

    I really hadn't noticed many issues with the beta until the latest update, now I have used 50% battery in two hours with very light use. Phone is also heating up, 2020 iPhone SE.

    Anyone else noticing battery and or heat issues the last few days?

    I searched for this but couldn't find anything; sorry if it's redundant. Anyone else run into this bug? It seems like after a reboot it's fine, but after a while, the screen will stay on until I manually close it.
