It says it is available on the iTunes website (https://itunes.apple.com/us/tv-season/the-office-the-complete-series/id1438674900) but when I click to "Watch on Apple TV" to purchase, it doesn't allow me to because it's not available. | What exactly is my Prime Video login on Apple TV? Posted: 06 May 2020 12:32 AM PDT I downloaded Prime Video on my Apple TV 4K. I bought a subscription in there and I am now watching Prime Video on my Apple TV. However, when I log in with my email on an Amazon website in a browser on my computer, which is the same email that I use for my Apple ID, it says I am not a subscriber for Prime Video. What the hell did Apple use as my Prime Video login info? Whenever I try to login on a browser on a computer it says I do not have a Prime Video account, but I can watch it, and I pay for it, on Apple TV. [link] [comments]  |

| Looking for advice before buying an ATV 4K Posted: 05 May 2020 07:24 PM PDT Hello there! I'm using a Sony Bravia XBR-55X810C, which is a 4K Android TV. I bought it at the time because I thought that it was a great deal because of the apps and stuff, although a total nightmare when it comes to use AndroidTV. Also the OS is outdated and won't get any more updates from now on. I don't have that much knowledge with TVs, but I would like to know if its worth buying an ATV 4K, what are the limitations or what options do I have? I mean when it comes to image the TV works really great, I just hate it to be slow. [link] [comments]  |
| Slow ethernet speeds AppleTV 4K Posted: 05 May 2020 07:05 PM PDT I just put in a new AppleTV 4K and my hardwired connection speeds are sub-100mbps. I pay for 600mbps and routinely get higher than that on my PC connection. I would rather have it hard wired, but I don't understand why its much slower than wifi speeds? Any ideas? cable is cat5e which is the same cable I'm using on other devices that get over 500+. Linksys WRT 3200 ACM router which has 4 gigabit ports on the back. [link] [comments]  |

Currently have a A1625 (32GB) Apple TV running on the latest tvOS (13.4) hooked up via HDMI to an HP monitor that carried an optimal mode of 1920 x 1200 60 Hz. However, I'm only getting an out of 1920 x 1080 60 Hz and I'd like to match to the optimal mode. I've been playing with settings on the monitor and the Apple TV while also doing reading online - can't seem to figure it out just yet. Is this even possible? Thanks for your time, Everyone. | Apple TV not showing pics for screen saver Posted: 05 May 2020 06:38 AM PDT Have nothing but constant problems with apple tv showing pics from photos on imac for screen saver have home sharing on. if i go to "computers" on the apple tv I can see and access all the stuff from home sharing.. but when I "set album as screen saver" the screen saver just shows black. wtf. model- A1842. updated. restarted imac and apple tv. no fix how can I get my $299 apple tv to CONSISTENTLY work and stream the photos from my apple computer [link] [comments]  |
