    HBO GO / HBO NOW to be discontinued on Apple TV 2 & 3 starting April 30th

    Not sure if anyone else saw this on their HBO app, it's a blank tile where a show would be with the message in the title above.

    They mention checking out a help link for more info, but HBO's website still mentions it's compatible with 2 & 3.

    Thoughts? In my opinion, this sucks majorly and is piss poor timing. I wish there was an explanation compatibility wise why these devices will no longer be supported.

    Any way to see resolution on Streaming services?

    Hey friends, Is there a way to see the actual resolution of what we are watching? I mean, for example when watching Netflix with a PlayStation 4, you can actually see the « live » resolution of your content by pressing the « R3 » button (or L3 I don't remember exactly). Since the resolution is changing regarding your internet speed connection, and now that streaming platforms are downgrading their resolution for the quarantine, it would be great to know the actual resolution I'm watching.. I can see a big downgrade.. thank you in advance

    Prime Video & Disney+ integrations (International)

    Does anyone know why Apple are holding off on adding integrations with other streaming apps into the TV app? I live in Ireland and there is no Disney+ or Amazon Prime Video integration, which sucks as everything is so disconnected. Is this a regional thing with the providers maybe?

    Hi there. I have purchased a couple of complete series bundles and for some reason in the Apple TV app the episodes still say they need to be purchased. Is there a way too fix this?

    Apple TV Plus Content Purchasing Options

    Seems that Apple still hasn't sorted out the selling of content.

    You can buy the Complete Series of The Office for $29.99 on the iTunes App. Use the Apple TV app on iOS or macOS and only individual seasons are shown. Some at $19.99.

    Atmos content plays with no audio for the last month or two

    Hey guys, so I've got an Appletv 4K hooked up to an ultra Avr key that splits the hdmi signal, sending audio to my k950, and video to my LG c7.

    Everything has worked great with this setup for the last two years or so.

    Starting about a month or two ago, atmos content seems to have stopped working. It plays without audio, and does not trigger the blue "atmos" light on the sound bar.

    This is happening in Netflix, and on movies rented from Apple.

    If I go into settings and disable atmos, the media plays just fine.

    I'm guessing some kind of update got pushed that broke Atmos? I've tried googling a bit and I'm not finding many reports of similar so I'm not sure if it's just me.

    Any suggestions to fix this?

    Apple Music not working on Apple TV

    I just re-joined Apple Music and it works fine on my iPhone, but my Apple TV 4K does not play anything from the Apple TV app. If I stream from iPhone to Apple TV, it works fine. If I click "Play" for any song in Apple TV's Music app, nothing happens. I think I can see the "Now Playing" view to show very fast in the background but it does not play anything.

    When I was Apple Music member earlier (a few months ago at least), the Apple TV app worked just fine. Did some software update break it?

    I changed my Apple ID but I have logged in to the new account in the TV and it shows my new account everywhere correctly, but can it cause this problem?

    EDIT: Forgot to mention that Beats 1 radio worked fine from Apple TV app. Normal music does not work.

    Issues powering off Samsung tv with Apple TV remote.

    I've had an Apple TV 4K for a while and used with my Samsung tv and it's been great. Just recently I go to shut it off the normal way, holding down the home button and sleeping it. This used to shut the tv power off every time. Couple weeks ago it seems to have stopped shutting the tv power. I've found, if I leave the remote pointed at the tv then it will shut off. This seems to be new, anyone else noticed or know why this has changed?
