    Hey everyone,

    Sorry for the ignorant post, but I'm a little lost here. Long story short, I was gifted a second hand phone for Christmas, but upon checking, I noticed it has iOS 13.3.1 installed. I've been having a bunch of issues with my screen glitching and my Apple Music/Apple ID. Error messages saying the device is already associated with another Apple ID and that I won't be able to use iTunes Match or download any songs for 90 days. We've contacted the seller who has assured us he's disassociated his Apple ID from the device before selling it.

    I've done a search in this sub on how to remove beta software, but I don't seem to have a "profile" on my device. I'm not sure how to go about removing it. Would waiting for the official public 13.3.1 be best? Will I qualify for that since I have a beta version installed? I'm just having a lot of bugs and I'd like to try to remove it.

    [Bug] Fullscreen bubble effect in iMessage rotates bobbles so they appear vertically. (And yes, i am aware my battery is low, and i will charge it).

    Has the Xbox Elite Controller Series 2 support been added yet in the latest beta? I'm no longer in the beta program, so I can't check for myself. Thanks.

    Have reproduced on 11 pro max. X, 7+, and 6s. Reproduce by comparing responsiveness of home screen swipe down spotlight search between dynamic and still wallpapers.

    [QUESTION] Does AirDrop not work for some contacts in iOS 13.3?

    I have been seeing weird issues when trying to AirDrop my wife. I would click her name and nothing would happen. It wouldn't go to waiting. Nothing. If I click the AirDrop icon and then click her name, it swaps to waiting and she doesn't get a notification on her phone. She can send them to me fine.

    Things I've tried: - Reset Network Settings - Reset All Settings - Reboot - Reset using volume up, volume down, and hold the power button.

    The weird thing is, both settings resets did not clear my Bluetooth devices. That is super weird to me.

    Edit: I reset network settings on my wife's phone and that fixed it.
