| Where to buy a real Apple iPhone X (not XS) leather case? Posted: 04 Oct 2019 12:51 PM PDT Apple no longer sells them on their official site - they only have for XS (I want the case to fit perfectly and I've heard they're are issues with screen turn on when using XS case for X). On eBay, I can't ever tell whether they're real Apple cases or fakes, and it's not clear whether they're specifically for X or XS. Can't find them on Amazon (at least not here I'm Canada). Any ideas? | Posted: 04 Oct 2019 01:50 PM PDT Long story short... Traded phones with someone for a oneplus 7 pro (worst decision of my life). On August 4th we traded back and I verified it was my iPhone via serial and imei. Activated and it has worked since then. Recently I went to upgrade my iPhone and they said it was reported lost or stolen. After hours of being on the phone with Verizon, Apple, and Tmobile (carrier of the person I traded with), we finally figured out that his supposedly "ex-wife" made an insurance claim on my phone and Assurant blacklisted my IMEI. ANY HELP or IDEAS?!? MY PHONE IS NOW A BRICK. Edit: he also works for tmobile. [link] [comments]  |
