Issues with sending photos to android users and sending group text to android users.

Since the beginning of sept I've not been able to send photos to android users and also responding to group messages with mixed users. I can received photos and group messages just got reply or send. I've reset network settings, made sure mms is on, and reset and restored. Anyone else had this issue??
