Called the support hotline twice, and I have followed their instructions, to no avail. Took off the screen protector, and even the phone's case protector; Updated the software; and I clean the screen every so often. Yet, it still happens. Would appreciate. ios update froze my phone Posted: 25 Jul 2019 10:11 AM PDT So I connect my iPhone X to my old powerbook to charge and let it auto update to the latest software. After a few minutes a pop up tells me there was a problem. Now my screen is stuck on the apple logo, it won't hard reset (unless I'm doing it wrong), and it won't connect to the computer. iPhone X cases - UAG Monarch vs Otter+Pop Symmetry vs Mous Limitless 2.0 Posted: 24 Jul 2019 08:28 PM PDT Hey everyone! I currently have a UAG Monarch case on my phone and I like how slim yet protective it is (coming from using an Otterbox Defender on my old iPhones). However, the case is extremely ugly and too rugged-looking for me. I'm looking into getting an Otter+Pop Symmetry for the PopSocket and colors or a Mous Limitless for the sleek protection. Either way I drop my phone often and I killed my last phone by dropping it face first onto concrete, so protection is very important to me. At this point I'm looking for a case that has a great combo of protection and a slim form, while being decent to look at. I'm wondering if the Otter+Pop does this while also having a PopSocket, which would be a lot of nice features in one case. Has anyone tried the Otter+Pop Symmetry and/or Mous Limitless and can give me your thoughts on either or both cases? I especially want to know the weight and usability of the cases. In the case of the Otter+Pop, does it fit well and stay snug? With my old Otterbox Defenders, the outer slipcover would always loosen around the front edges and look really cheap.
