Sound sync issues with match frame rate

Has anyone else noticed that the sound sync is super picky with how you plug in the Apple TV 4K? I have a Sony XE90 TV and a Samsung HWK-850 soundbar, and there seem to be VERY specific parameters to get the audio to be synced.

ATV4K plugged into soundbar directly (HDMI) = Sound is off sync with match frame rate. With auto/on sync on the TV itself, it'sbetter but still not perfect.

ATV4K plugged into TV first, then soundbar via ARC = sound sync is good. With auto/on sync on the TV itself, the sync is slightly off, but with sync on tv off it appears good. But now I only get Dolby 5.1, no Atmos.

Will the new wireless sync in tvOS/iOS13 solve this, hopefully? How does that work, for anyone who has tested it? Does it walk you through each individual frame rate (as they mau have slightly different sync) or is it just a one-off test?

[Help] Netflix Autoplay Next Episode does not load in HD

I have a Samsung NU8000 tv and the Apple TV 4k. When I'm watching Netflix anytime an episode ends and the next one autoplays the episode starts playing in SD and never "buffers" to HD/4K. I've tried googling this problem but all the results that pop up are problems/solutions to autoplay not working.

When I select anything to watch from the Netflix menu it loads and plays in HD. Then the very next episode that is loaded by autoplay starts playing in SD. If I wait for the autoplay episode to start, hit the home button, and then select the "Play Episode" button it immediately starts playing in HD. I've done this 5 seconds, 10 minutes, 25 minutes into the new autoplay episode and the result is always the same - backing out of the episode and hitting play means I can watch it in HD. Anyone else have this problem? Any idea how to fix it?

A few things to note:

Apple TV and Netflix app are both updated.
Netflix playback settings are set to "High" and not "Auto".
On a computer, watching Netflix in browser this does not happen.
Tested Apple TV with both wired and Wifi internet connection. Issue persisted.

Is it possible to stream via airplay or otherwise from one apple TV to another on the same network?

I'm trying to play the same concert video in two separate rooms as synchronously as possible. Some latency is acceptable, audio bleed isn't an issue.

Model numbers of the devices in question are

A1842 (32 GB)
A1625 (63 GB)

Both running tvOS 12.3(16M153).

Airplay stops when I switch apps

I hooked up an old Apple TV for the first time in years to airplay something that I couldn't connect to via Chromecast. It works great until a switch apps when it either immediately crashes or it starts to automatically start playing a video from the newly opened app (like a video in a Google search or a customer review in the Amazon app). Does anybody know how to fix this? Thanks!

Help with audio airplay to Apple TV.

Hello, I was wondering if anyone might be able to help with a problem I'm having with my Apple TV. The problem is that if I try and airplay audio only to the Apple TV, for example selecting the Apple TV as an output in iTunes then the audio is choppy and doesn't play properly. If I select the airplay icon on my Mac and airplay to the Apple TV so that the screen mirrors on my tv and play music on iTunes then it plays fine. Also if I send audio to my airport express it also plays fine. Does anyone have any ideas why I can't send audio only to the Apple TV and have it play properly?

HDMI Automatic Input Switching (CEC) Problem

So I got an Apple TV 4K to use with our Samsung Smart TV last week (in addition to our PS4 and a Spectrum cable box). When we first started using it, everything worked perfectly. Spectrum cable box was HDMI 1, ATV was HDMI 2, and PS4 was HDMI 3.

I was able to use the ATV remote to turn off the TV and the ATV...and I turned it back on, it turned my TV on AND switched it to HDMI 2 (the correct input for ATV).

Problem arose when I just removed our Spectrum Cable box from the equation because we're going to use YTTV on the ATV for TV now. So now ATV is HDMI 1 and PS4 is HDMI 2.

But now, although the ATV will turn the TV (and itself) on and off, it doesn't switch to HDMI 1 when the TV turns on. It goes to Samsung's default input source (just called TV...which you can't remove from the source list). I then have to switch over to HDMI 1 to watch ATV.

This wouldn't bother me so much except that it was working perfectly until now. Meaning, I know the TV and cables I have are capable of it, I'm just not sure why it's not working.

PS4 still switches the input over when turned on, and goes back to the last input when it's turned off. It's just the ATV for some reason.

Any suggestions? Thanks!
