How often should you wash your watch band? Posted: 07 May 2019 10:57 PM PDT I have the sport loop and I've only had it for about maybe a few months. It's not dirty or anything but obviously I've been sweating and getting water on it by accident. Should I have a time where I wash it or what's the hap with that. [link] [comments]

Posted: 08 May 2019 06:43 AM PDT I recently bought an iPhone XR an im currently thinking about getting the Apple Watch Series 4. So whats the reason for you Guys to buy the Apple Watch and not any other smartwatch on the market? [link] [comments]
Are the series 3 bezels that big? Posted: 08 May 2019 06:00 AM PDT I almost bought a series 3 watch since it seems pretty cheap on amazon. $200 for 38mm. I usually do lots of research on something before I buy which is normal. I started watching series 4 videos and they mentioned a lot of the thinner bezels. When they mentioned that I watched a comparison and the series 3 bezels look so big. Is it different when you have it in person? They just look so big, I'd rather have the series 4 but it's $180 more. [link] [comments]
Upgrading Apple Watches, what is the correct way to switch so I don`t lose all my activity info. Posted: 08 May 2019 05:45 AM PDT Like the title says, getting a new watch next week and I want to make sure I don't lose any of my previous history or lose my move streak. I had a co-worker switches watches once and they told me they lost everything so I want to make sure that doesn't happen to me. [link] [comments]
Kogan Dual Fast Wireless Qi Charger Posted: 07 May 2019 05:19 PM PDT Hey Apple Watch users! just wondering if anyone has bought the Kogan Dual Fast Wireless Qi Charger and your thoughts on the product? I have always been sceptical of non-apple certified charging products, but this price is unrivalled and I am very interested in buying this product https://www.kogan.com/au/buy/kogan-dual-fast-wireless-qi-charger-black/ [link] [comments]
Posted: 08 May 2019 04:51 AM PDT Does anyone use the walkie talkie on a regular basis? I'm trying to find a use for it but no one I know wants to have a conversation that's heard by all. [link] [comments]
Posted: 07 May 2019 08:28 PM PDT I started working out twice a day in January for 2 months straight and ate only clean and healthy food. Lost 25 pounds. I went on a vacation in early March and have not been fit at all ever since. I'm getting back on the grind and continue my fitness journey. Posted: 08 May 2019 02:22 AM PDT I got my first AW a few weeks ago (series 4) and have been running daily whilst listening to music. I'm using Monster iSport Victory Bluetooth earphones. After a few runs without incident, all of a sudden my earphones completely died whilst on a run, despite the battery being fully charged when I went out and receiving no low battery warnings, just cut out without warning and failed to turn back on. They came back to life when plugged into my laptop and then I used them the next day without incident. Then the following day exactly the same thing happened. I put this down to a fault with the earphones. However a few days ago I used my wife's earphones - exactly the same model - and everything was fine for a couple of days, but then last night the exact same thing happened. This is more than a coincidence, there's no way that two pairs of earphones have developed the same fault within days of each other (when both have been used for months without any issues). I've never had any issue listening to music through my phone on these earphones. So do we think it could be a watch problem? Faulty Bluetooth? General compatibility issues? I'm a bit stumped as to where or who to go to with this. [link] [comments]
AppleWatch and direct body fat measurement Posted: 08 May 2019 02:03 AM PDT There are scales that use bio-impedance technology to measure body fat. They send an electric current through your soles and time how long it takes to do a circuit through your body. From that the body fat percentage is derived. It's not massively reliable and is subject to how hydrated you are. Still, it's decent for rough estimations. I guess Apple Watch doesn't have this tech but isn't this similar to how the ECG stuff works? Or is it the case that Apple just doesn't want to add a body fat measurement capability to the Watch (because of the aforementioned reliability with bio-impedance)? [link] [comments]
Apple Watch Seres 4 Case Recommendation - Crossfit, hiking, basketball, etc. Posted: 08 May 2019 02:00 AM PDT I have been searching around and I have not come across a thread with any recommendations for a case thats rugged while still comfortable while active. I am looking for a case in which I can comfortably workout, hike, play basketball, biking, etc. without having to worry too much about my watch being damaged. Although my watch has Apple Care, I would like to keep the watch in good cosmetic condition. Apple Watch Series 4 44mm [link] [comments]
Posted: 08 May 2019 12:39 AM PDT I just started using the Apple Watch, love it. I do a daily commute with my bike. I run the Outdoor Cycle in the Workout app and this reflects in my activity (in the Move and Exercise rings). However... :) ... I feel like a big cheater because I use an ebike, which means Workout/Activity should obviously register less movement and exercise! I guess there's no way to 'tell' my watch I'm getting electric support while biking? I wish you could choose an e-bike outdoor cycle. At this moment, I have to choose between register nothing, or register too much. [link] [comments]
Posted: 08 May 2019 12:20 AM PDT Usage: 4 hours 41 minutes Standby 19 hours 8 minutes Currently at 27%, Wifi + Bluetooth connected Is that a good enough score? AW4, 40mm, SS What about yours? [link] [comments]

O-ring fell out of Apple Watch Series 1, Warranty expired yesterday Posted: 07 May 2019 10:02 PM PDT Long story short, my crown has been sticky for about a month or two now. I ran it under some water last week and it seemed alright until it got sticky again today. I saw a small piece of lint in the crown and pulled it out and it turned out to be the o-ring/waterproofing seal ripping apart. I bought the AppleCare 2 year warranty the day I got the watch (never used it) and it literally expired yesterday. Is it worth going to the Apple Store to see if this can be fixed? Is there any possibility I could get a discount? I've always heard good stories about Apple Support being really friendly and have been lucky enough to never have to use it. [link] [comments]
Astronomy face - accidental taps and hitting buttons twice Posted: 07 May 2019 02:11 PM PDT I just switched to the Astronomy watch face. It looks gorgeous and I can't believe I haven't used it before. But there is a functional problem with it.
Are others having these problems? I feel like if I could turn off the "Time Travel"-type feature, it would stop these problems, but it seems like I can't turn it off. [link] [comments]
Sports app where I can see all live scores. Not just scores of my teams. Is it possible? Posted: 07 May 2019 07:43 PM PDT I've downloaded espn, bleacher report and the score and all the same issue. I can set up my teams and view their scores and upcoming games. I'm looking for an app where I can view all live NBA games for example. Any apps that do this or am I missing something in any of those apps to make that happen. [link] [comments]
Posted: 07 May 2019 10:14 PM PDT Not sure if this is OS bug but i keep getting this. My setting mirror my iphone. Sometimes also occurs with mail. My iphone is open and I get alerted for text messages as if I am not using my device. I could be in mail or messages and iwatch will still alert me. Anyone else have this problem? [link] [comments] |
