Hi all,

I'm sending an iMessage from my iPhone to my friend's iPhone. When I send it, it gives me the 'Delivered' statement...but I'm standing next to my friend and it does not show up on his iPhone.

To be clear, my phone works fine, it's just one-off issues like this. But this had happened before as well here and there.

Thoughts on why this is happening?

If it makes a difference, I've always left on "send as SMS/text msg when iMessage not available". This send the message as a text message in a green box and that's fine. But in this scenarios, it's a blue text that says delivered and I'm looking at my friend's phone and he does not get it.

I can see the list of all the possible restrictions and settings but when I touch them no response and all text are grey.

Hey, I've got an old 5S that I remember wasn't working at all lying around. It will not charge, nor boot. Is there anything I can do about this? Thanks in advance

Hello,

My mother-in-law lent my her iPhone 5 to use since my current phone is having a microphone issue. There are still photos on this device which are also stored on her iCloud. I believe I need to reset the device in order to replace my existing line on Verizon.

She has since upgraded to a newer model iPhone and is signed out of this device.

Will erasing and resetting all data impact the photos on her cloud?

I intend to return the device in time, so if there is a way to retain the photos while switching the phone to my line I'm willing to do that as well.

Ipad not working and wont restore! Help please!

So my iPad broke and didnt come on and i went onto itunes and plugged in my ipad and went into recovery mode and there is still nothing on the screen i then clicked restore and it just stays on waiting for ipad or restoring ipad for ages then it says either error 4005 and 3194 i tried installing an IPSW of ios 10.3.3 and it still said the error codes so can someone help me before i go throw this thing in the bin.

I have an Ipad 4 not sure what ios it was on just need to get it back on.

Please help!
