    Hi all, I just changed carrier and I am trying to make my SIM work.

    On their website, it says that I need "the latest iOS version", which I definitely don't want since I love being on iOS 9.2.

    Is there a way to either force the carrier update or make the phone believe I'm on iOS 12 or something ?

    I'm thinking "LowerInstall" but isn't this only for AppStore ?

    [Tutorial] Fake call for awkward situations with Activator

    This will work with any Activator action

    Requirements:

    Instructions:

    1. Using either the IFTTT website or app:
      1. Create a new applet
      2. Set the trigger to WebHooks -> Receive a web request
      3. Event Name: call_me
      4. Set "That" to "Phone Call" -> Call my phone
      5. You may need to set up the "Phone Call" service before you can set the message in the next step
      6. Set the message to the ingredient "value1" (or just type "{{value1}}"
      7. Save and enable the IFTTT applet.
    2. Now visit the IFTTT WebHooks webpage and click on "Documentation" at the top of the page.
    3. You will now be at a webpage similar to this one(I've blurred out most of my key):

    1. In the first text box(#1 in the image), set it to "call_me" like in the image
    2. In the textbox for value1(#2 in the image), set it to whatever you want to said in the phone call
    3. Now copy everything in the last box. It should look like this:

    1. On your iOS device, open Settings -> Activate Command and paste in what you just copied for Command 1.

    2. Open Activator and setup an Activator trigger however you want.

    3. Then set the Activator action to "Activate Command 1"

    You're now done! It may take up to 10 seconds to trigger it.

    You can download the files on your phone, move them to the auto sign folder from Ext3nder, and have Ext3nder auto sign it for you....I'm disappointed I didn't figure this out way earlier 🤯

    So I'm buying an X tomorrow and upgrading from a 6s 11.3.1 that is jailbroken.

    I want to move all my stuff from my old phone to my new.

    Will I have any complications with the new phone?

    If I will is it worth it to just fresh start on the new phone? Is there a way to transfer things like contacts without moving jailbreak leftovers?

    All I want to do is have my data and not be screwed over because my old jailbreak corrupted some files.

    *edit: If the best course of action is to get rid of the jailbreak and transfer the backup then what would you consider the best way to get rid of the jailbreak since there seems to be so many methods floating around these days.

    I really liked folder enhancer on iOS 10. But it hasn't been optimized for iOS 11. So is there any alternative for this tweak? Especially I really miss ability to put folders in folders (I had only 3 main folders in dock with a lot of subfolders in them) Also is there any tweak to remove 150 mb limit from app store? (I installed juliovern one but it didn't work for me) Thanks in advance :)

    Iphone 7 ios 11.2.6. i restored phone as new, so i see no problem ? It keeps restoring rootFS, i'm not even touching the toggle in the settings.. what am i supposed to do now ? i reset my phone for nothing?

    So i was jailbroken for a while on electra... Then one day it stopped working. I know about signing and that stuff, i successfully resigned a handful of times. But then about a month or two ago i couldn't get electra to jb my phone anymore. Frustrated, I downloaded unc0ver and tried that. But that worked to no avail too. So i went back to electra. Now i can get electra to step 2/3 but it stops there and doesn't progress any more.

    I looked it up and I think this is because there are still some unc0ver files left over possibly. If i'm wrong let me know. If i'm right then I need guidance. I need to remove these files, but my phone is stuck unjailbroken so I can't download the remover or whatever it is people use. What should i do?
