Information Regarding the 29$ Battery Replacement for the iPhone X

I'm trying to get some information about what my options are for a battery replacement, on the 29$ scheme, for my iPhone X. Although there are 100's of posts about this, none of them have really answered the two main questions I have;

I understand that the offer is only eligable for iPhones outside the warranty peroid. I.E 1 year after purchase date. The scheme ends on the 31st December 2018 and I bought my iPhone X in the first week of Decemeber 2017, therefore, this gives me 3 weeks to apply for this offer.
My battery capacity is currently at 89%, at this rate it'll hit about approx. 85% in said peroid. I see a lot of conflicting information, some sources say that the battery capacity must be below 80% to be eligiable for a replacement and others say that it is not the case. If the latter is true, is there any official Apple documentation stating that battery capacity does not matter.

Top speaker problem (again)

So I went to Apple with my iPhone X and said that the top speaker sounded poor and distorted. The guy agreed and ran the usual tests and brought my phone to the back and when he came back he said they had only cleaned the speaker port with a fine brush. And the problem was indeed gone. The problem is back however but it is not as bad as before, my question is if anyone here has had the same issue and has been able to resolve it themselves. Thanks for any help.

Random restart overnight

My iPhone X does a random restart overnight . Morning I'm prompted for the passcode n not the Face ID . It never happens when I'm using the phone though . Is this normal ? Is there like a log I can check to see why this happened

Buying used: how important is warranty?

I've found some decent deals online for mint-condition X phones. But I've always bought new, so I'm struggling with the idea of not having a warranty (although some come with it). It just seems kinda ridiculous to spend this much money on something second-hand, when for the same price I could get a similar new product (XR) with a warranty. But I like the X so much more. What do you think?

(Also, do you think X prices will continue to fall this month, or is now the time to buy?)

Hi. Recently, when I received some calls, I cannot hear the caller. If I turn off and restart the iPhone the problem disappears, but it returns later any one deal with something similar....

How much does your battery drain overnight?

I dont want to know from 100 because it takes longer to drop from 100.

Mine seems to drop about 3-5 percent... Just wondering what is normal.
