| iPhone X not switching back from roaming to 3G or LTE Posted: 06 Oct 2018 11:50 AM PDT Hi folks, I have an iPhone X and I've been noticing lately my phone takes forever to switch over from roaming 1x to LTE. I normally have to manually reset through the settings. I have brought it up to my carrier provider and all they do is to reset my network remotely. Is anyone going through is? Is this common? | Posted: 06 Oct 2018 05:21 AM PDT Colors pop and everything looks crisp and all that while I compose the photo but after I shoot and look at the photo it's really blurry and smeared out. I guess low-res, in a poor digital camera way, is the best explanation. Looks good at first glance, but practically unusable because of the clarity issues (exporting it to any larger screen that is not a phone for example) Could it be because HDR handles movement poorly? My videos come out super crisp in comparison. Kind of a bummer being out all evening and shooting in this amazing sunset and then coming home to unusable photos. Just got the iPhone X btw. I love this phone and could see myself keeping it for years, but I'm disappointed if this is how the camera quality (photos) is supposed to be, as I'll have to get a proper point and shoot in addition if that's the case. Being a $1000 phone that's been praised for its camera, surely I must be doing something wrong (I hope). Suggestions? [link] [comments]  | ||

Posted: 06 Oct 2018 01:33 PM PDT So for the past few months at least that I have noticed apps such as Snapchat, Tinder, mostly anything really warm my phone up a bit, not really noticeable in my hand but when pressed against my face or top of my hand I notice it. Can only really notice it though if case is off? Does this happen to anyone else??? Happened on iOS 11 and 12, tried a restore, had gotten a new X and same thing. I have loads of important data and username and passwords in a plain text note, I have log in info about all my online accounts and so many other valuable data. My question is, can they bypass the passcode which is after one minute automatically? I have face recognition feature on. Track my iphone is OFF. icloud backup is on so I have backup for information and data. But can the thief access those data? * China is a nice and safe place to visit. | Posted: 06 Oct 2018 12:25 AM PDT I recently got an iPhone x it had one issue with a speaker being low so I sent it in for repair. I have received it back and now the screen is unresponsive it is stuck on the hello screen. Multiple resets have done nothing and now it's saying something along the line of cannot activate missing information from sim. I have replaced the sim still getting issue any help is appreciated. I would resend it but I'm afraid it will come back even worse. Ps. They didn't fix the speaker because of a crack on the back that they wanted 550 to replace. Tldr sent iPhone x in for repair came back with unrrsponsive screen and dosnt recognize sim cards. Apparently Warrenty is gone now. [link] [comments]  | ||
