Just bought refurb iPad Pro 10.5 256 from Apple. It arrives tomorrow. Thinking about sending it back and waiting to see fall out from new release.
iPad (pro if it matters) apps that are useful for a developer/photographer?
Every time I open Microsoft Word, it automatically opens a specific old document, regardless of what I’ve been working on recently.

I find that I love how Goodnotes functions and works but also long for better organization. Have you integrated Evernote and Goodnotes? I know some may say notability, which I've used but work between PC, Mac, and iPad.

12.9 Ipad pro for student use

For the longest time I couldn't decide whether or not to get the 10.5 inch or the 12.9 inch iPad Pro, so I decided to wait until the launch of the new iPad's. I'm a third year CS student who brings a 15 inch 2015 Macbook pro along with 4 notebooks and a textbook to school everyday, so I really wanted to cut all of it out for an iPad. Now I have an opportunity for a $699 (CAD) 12.9 iPad pro brand new, so I'm tempted to pull the plug. Any students here who use the 12.9 iPad pro for school everyday?

iPad (pro if it matters) apps that are useful for a developer/photographer?

I've had my iPad Pro 9.7" for about a year now and while it's great - I normally use it for drawing and nothing else other than Netflix. I've been picking it up again recently and loving it again - and I want to clean it up and download some apps that'd really make it shine for me.

I'm thinking about getting a keyboard cover - can someone recommend me one? I want to use Bear for writing notes and Medium for blogging since I use these on other platforms.

I make a lot of apps and websites - can someone recommend some good apps for designing apps? Or logo creation or just general useful for programming?

Also anything that's handy for photography would be great - I do my editing on desktop lightroom but anything that could help supplement this would help.

I have the Apple Pencil too if that helps - thanks!

Whenever I open Word, it opens a doc I worked on in class a few months ago, no matter what I've been working on recently.

I tried deleting that doc a few weeks ago, and now it just opens the doc I worked on THAT day, no matter what I've been working on since.

I just want it to stop automatically opening any doc when I start the app. Is there a way to do that?

It's unbelievably frustrating. I'm working on a doc now and I keep switching back and forth between programs (source and the paper) and if I take too long looking at the source I'm using, Word reopens a document of class notes from two months ago.

EDIT: instead of downvoting, an answer would be nice.

Note Taking App With Google Drive Integration

Does anyone know of a note taking app that utilizes Google Drive's live collaboration features? I want to be able to write notes using my Apple Pencil while someone else at the same time is taking notes in the same document; either by typing or writing with an Apple Pencil.

Launched my video game release search, calendar & notifier for free on iPad!

Thought I'd mention that my app Play Date is now available on iPad.

It's a video game release calendar that lets you specify regions & platforms that you care about and give you a monthly breakdown of what's releasing - it'll also give you the ability to search for specific games if they're not listed and set reminders so it'll tell you the day before a game comes out.

So my Ipad 2 has reached 5 years of loyal use but the battery has now been unable to hold a charge. Is it worth it to replace the battery for 106 dollars or just bite the bullet and get a new Ipad? Any advice would be appreciated.

iPad Pro Black Screen Problem

First time posting here and I could really use some advice, I was drawing on my Ipad and out of nowhere the screen just turned black, no amount of hard resetting is working and the device still makes some noise when I try to charge it. The iPad is 2 months old and I did not experience any sort of problems before. Advice would help
