    I bought Heat (the Michael Mann, DeNiro, Pacino movie) in early June and could swear it was in 4K. Now it shows as HD. Unfortunately my receipt doesn't specify the quality of it.

    Had American psycho in dv a week or so ago now gone, also Halloween is out in 4K on blu ray and not on iTunes. Anyone else notice this? Don't know about other LG titles.

    Software keyboard keeps popping up after tvOS 12 update.

    Hey, everyone!

    Every five or ten minutes while my dad is watching Iranian TV on Apple TV, the keyboard notification pops up on my phone. This happens when he changes the channel or when he switches apps.

    Is this happening for anyone else? This never used to happen before the tvOS 12 update.

    Sound intermittently dropping out when volume decreases

    Hey guys, I have a very odd problem I'm hoping someone here can help me with.

    Here's what's going on.

    This week, I bought a new TV and a new sound bar, and hooked both up to my 4K Apple TV. Everything looks absolutely incredible, but I'm noticing a problem with the sound. Specifically, when a program I'm watching reaches a quiet moment, two characters talking, for example, the sound totally cuts out until one of the characters starts talking again.

    Here's a more detailed example: In season 2 of Ozark, which we watched last night through Netflix, there's a scene with two characters talking on the side of the road. On my 4k Apple TV, the sound cuts out between dialogue. Specifically, the background noise, bugs chirping, sound of cars passing, etc, are all missing, until one of the characters starts to talk again, after which the sound will come back until they finish speaking, and the sound cuts out again. I can tell the sound is cutting out too because the first word the character says is slightly clipped.

    This issue is NOT present on the same scene in my older, non 4k Apple TV, and it occurs in any app I'm in, Netflix, Hulu, HBOGo, even items purchased through the iTunes store. Also, this issue does not present itself with any audio from my cablebox or my PS4.

    I've tried adjusting the settings, updating the AppleTV (already up to date) and changing the HDMI cord. Nothing has resolved this.

    How to lower video quality for HuluTV on Apple TV?

    Comcast has this great thing called a data cap. My grandpa watches 12-15 hours of tv everyday and we go over the 1 TB data cap. How can I change Hulu TV streaming quality to say 480p on a 4th gen Apple TV? I read that changing it in the video settings on the Appletv will still use the max bandwidth from Hulu, it will just change the display. Please help. Thanks

    Videos similar to ATV screensaver?

    Love watching the screensaver but there aren't all that many different ones. I was wondering if anyone knew any good sources for similar videos (especially the new space ones!). Almost all of the ones I find on YouTube are much shorter and not nearly as well made. Thanks!

    Vimeo App supports 4K stream - don't recall anyone posting about it

    Also supports HDR.
    I just reinstalled the Vimeo App (version is dated 2017). I remember the last time I had the app, it would not support 4K. This time around it supports 4K (based on pulldown status). Not sure if TvOS 12.0 fixed it. Just passing it on.

    Multiple Apple TVs in one room?

    I just got an Apple TV in a room that doesn't have cable and we've loved it so far. We still have Comcast on the rest of our TVs and are now considering cutting the cord. I have an obscene man cave situation in my basement with 3 TVs, so I was wondering if there would be any technical weirdness to having 3 units in one room. For example on my current setup all the Comcast remotes can all control all the boxes, so it can make changing channels an adventure without getting my lazy ass off the couch.
