I have tested receiving from other contacts and receive notifications, but not from one specific contact. The contact is not set to hide notifications. I have tried turning iMessage off/on, tried signing in and out of iCloud and rebooting the phone. The only thing I haven't tried is resetting the phone. Anyone else experienced this? | Posted: 11 Feb 2018 05:58 PM PST Before it was just freezing apps, as it did with Beta 1. Now its crashing apps also: FB Messenger, Airmail, etc. even during multitasking with two app windows. All my apps are regularly updated with the latest versions. Memory management perhaps? If you are using iPad Pro 10.5, are you experiencing the same? EDIT: The freezing and crashing seems to be happening mostly when I am in landscape mode and using the smart keyboard. Sometimes the smart keyboard becomes unresponsive and I have to connect and disconnect it to make it work again. Sometimes the app I'm in freezes and becomes unresponsive to touch and at times will suddenly crash. The issue may be connected to the smart keyboard when in multi-tasking mode with two apps open in separate windows. But it also happens in non-multitasking mode with only one app open, but almost always in smart keyboard mode. [link] [comments]  |
