- Got the new Apple TV 4K 32gb from Target today, and it straight up came with the wrong remote. It came with the old Siri remote, instead of the new updated one. I searched for this but couldn’t find anyone else having this bizarre issue online. Have any of you heard of this happening?

Then I got some AirPods Pro as a gift and decided to switch back to the Apple TV for the spatial audio and great integration. It really is amazing how much better the experience is on the entire platform. The third party apps as well are so much faster and smoother (except for Prime Video - horrible). And yes - I do believe the PQ is somehow better. A few months away and you can really notice a difference. [link] [comments] | ||
| Dolby Atmos not working on Sony Soundbar and LG G1 TV Posted: 05 Dec 2021 05:07 AM PST I have the Sony Soundbar HT-X9000F which supports Dolby Atmos, I have Dolby Atmos turned on in the audio settings for my Apple TV 4K 1st gen. However when I play Dolby Atmos supported content via the TV Speakers I get the DOLBY ATMOS pop up in the top right hand corner of the TV but not when I have audio going through the soundbar…, my HDMI setup goes Apple TV > Soundbar > TV > eARC input. Is it possibly because Apple TV 4K 1st gen doesn't support eARC? [link] [comments] | ||

| Apple TV 4K With HDMI Splitter Posted: 04 Dec 2021 10:35 PM PST Hello, I am having an issue setting up my AppleTv 4K Via a 4K HDMI splitter though a sound bar back to my UHD TV. When I set it up as the directions show my TV screen starts flashing black. I've tried different settings and its not working as it should. I should be able to use the 4K HDR @ 60Hrt but nope.
