    My parents got an Iphone XS Max a year ago and their battery health is already below 90%. Is this normal? They both take a good care of the phone and charge it frequently when its out of juice

    Just realized the Shazam button in Control Center can recognize songs playing from my iPhone

    Love using the Shazam button to recognize songs playing on the radio using the microphone, but never realized it could also recognize songs playing from my iPhone. Was watching some random video on Reddit and nothing in the comments yet about the name of the background music, so I pressed the Shazam button and it recognized it! I tried it with and without headphones to see if it was using the mic to pick it up and it worked both ways. Cool little feature I haven't seen mentioned before.

    I forgot my iphones passcode so i plugged it into my computer and tried to restore it now its been stuck at the same place downloading for 15 minutes i dont know what to do i cant power it off or anything

    Backup and MDM: please help me figure it out!

    Hi there people!
    I've received an iPhone 12 from my company which "controls" it through Jamf.
    I would like to restore a backup from my private iPhone to the company's iPhone (I know, I shouldn't but it's ok to me) but I don't even find the option during the first configuration.
    I could skip the restore backup phase because all my important data are synced when I log in with my iCloud, even whatsapp history.
    But right now I'm doubtful: if I make the company's iPhone my only iPhone, would I be able to restore the backup of the company's iPhone into a "normal" iPhone (if I need to)?
    I'm guessing the MDM profile would be backed up too so it could be a problem, but I have zero experience in this.

    Settings > general > about > songs = 0

    I've had this problem for a few years now where I cannot connect my device via the lightning cable to my car or some other friends cars. I have tried firmware updates and even tried to purchase the monthly $9.99 Apple Music but it did not fix my issue.

    I realized that some people had this issue and others did not. Everyone is able to use the aux cord with a dongle to play music.

    The difference between the people who could play music and those who couldn't were that the songs = 0 could not and the songs > 0 could play music.

    I tested this by purchasing a single song and it worked. I was also able to then go to Spotify and play my music from there.

    I am assuming there is some check that happens on song old systems that looks for "songs != 0" before moving forward.

    When I have tried to look up answers for this I couldn't find anything, so I hope this helps someone.

    Is there a way to have multiple clocks showing the time

    i want one clock on eastern time zone and then another set to UTC/Zulu time zone. i mean sure i could do quick math in my head but seems convenient to have it at a glance

    iMessage randomly sending to email vs phone number

    My iPhone SE did something weird today. I've only had this phone a month

    My husband and I were iMessaging back and forth normally, then I had to go out and so of course had no wifi or data. But when I went to send him a regular text message it only gave me the option of "send to email" instead of "send as text message"

    It was only to him I had this happen

    Other iMessage chats didn't seem to have this issue

    Neither of us changed any settings

    Any reason why this may have occurred?
