    Siri Watch Face not syncing with third party apps

    I have had some trouble using the siri watch face (which usually is a godsend, if you ask me). Third party apps don't show tiles nearly as well as before (or even at all) despite me knowing that it has worked before + I've seen on multiple forums that they should work.

    For exaple, sorted3 is supposed to support the siri watch face, and is mentioned as an alternative to-do app in a lot of threads asking for to-do-tiles so as far as I understand it is working for others. But for me they just don't show up. Anyone know how to fix this?

    I've had troubles with other apps as well, such as Streaks, but Sorted3 is then one that truly bothers me since I essentially live through that app.

    Issues with tattoo, passwords and Apple Pay

    Hello,

    since I got tattooed on the top of my arm my AW5 stopped working properly. They still register sleeping, BPM, stuff like that, but every time the display dims they lock up.

    The best solution I found is to simply disable the password, since you keep all the things working apart from Apple Pay.

    But I wanna use Apple Pay on them, especially when I gotta wear a mask everywhere.

    Is there a workaround that lets me add a card without setting up a password? I'm willing to jailbreak it, if that's even an option.

    Spotify is utterly useless and broken!

    I was so excited when I learnt that since recently Spotify allows online and offline streaming, and decided to test it out during my runs while using on cellular. Turns out it is completely broken and crashes each time I try to play anything. After so many years, we finally get what we always wanted from Spotify on Apple Watch, and it comes out as a total joke. It does work well WHEN it does in a blue moon, but that's it.

    Does any have any workaround for this?

    TIFU by not getting AppleCare for my wife’s SE

    As the title implies, my wife has an SE that we got through a program sponsored by my insurance, so we didn't have the option to buy AppleCare when we got it, and then we just forgot to get it.

    Well fast forward to 2 days ago when she dropped it on the bathroom floor, shattering the screen, which will run a cool $219 to repair without AppleCare.

    So I've decided to be adventurous and try the iFixit route, and they have a pretty solid guide for replacing the screen, but for some reason the screen on the SE is the one replacement screen that they don't sell.

    Does anyone know where you can find a spare screen for the SE, or alternatively, if any of the other screens (s4, s5, whatever) are compatible with the SE?

    Usual exercise ring problem

    My wife and I both have an Apple Watch hers is S3, mine is S5, her watch barely registers exercise when using the walking workout, but I gave her my watch to try and it registered every minute, what could possibly be different? Anything in settings maybe?

    Running the latest software on my iPhone 12 and S6 but I have to unlock my iPhone multiple times for the Apple Watch to unlock . Its quiker to enter the password.

    It was way more accurate 3 months back when I bought it.

    Workout detection?

    My watch hasn't been detecting when I'm in a workout. I noticed yesterday when walking with my wife, hers said something about being in an outdoor walk but mine never did. I searched settings and stuff and couldn't find a On/Off for this. Anyone have a suggestion or answer?

    The normal price of s6 40mm is around $550 here, so s7 would be around the same price. I can have a deal for new s6 for $360, basicaly price for se here. Is it a good deal? I dont really mind the redesign. I want apple watch for tracking runs and living healthier in general.

    hello guys,

    im considering buying an apple watch so latest one is 6 and also they have SE . the only differences seem like ECG, blood oxygen and always open screen which means it will effect battery i guess.

    Apple Watch 6 is much more expensive ( idk about you guys im just saying it because of my country and exchange rate, taxes etc.)

    i just need it for fitness so;

    should i really buy 6, is it that better or is SE enough for me ?

    Pairing aw5 (bought yesterday) with iPhone XR (ios14)

    I've bought my wife a aw5 yesterday - today she had issues adding it to her iPhone with an /unable to connect to internet/ problem.

    We have unstable wifi at home but the same issue happens when she does it at her job WiFi (though it's a VPN WiFi) but also - when her friend did a hotspot on her phone it's the same issue and also with no WiFi at all.

    Haptic feedback / sensory overload

    Does anyone else feel sensory overload when notifications go off on the watch? Because the haptic feedback "taps" you on the wrist it makes me shiver and tense up really bad. I reacted the same way to my old watch and I eventually sold it. I just got the new watch SE and I love it, it's great for health tracking. I just seriously can't stand all the haptic notifications. (Before anyone asks, I have already turned off most notifications I don't need both on watch and iPhone, example: social media news games etc) does anyone else experience this lol? I can't stand it sometimes

    If I get a notification that comes from the Watch (usually a fitness one), my AirPods will switch to my watch and stay there.

    I've tried all the recommendations: unpairing and repairing, turning off handoff, setting "When Last Connected" on the "Connect to this iPhone" in the AirPods Bluetooth settings. Nothing has worked.

    It's driving me insane.
